The Incredible Hulk after credits scene is the most important in my opinion. While Fury popping out and saying the Avengers could be a thing is cool, Tony Stark in another movie was the first proof the idea of the MCU was real.

The Schwarma scene was actually filmed right after the whole cast was at the world premiere, it was the only time they would all be together to film it.

That scene was a last minute entry. After everything was done Robert Downey Jr. promised publicly that there would an extra scene at the end . When Joss Whedon, Avengers Director, found out about it he dragged everyone back into the studio to do that scene. Whedon basically said "We got to do this scene now because of you!"

The hulk post credit scene was legendary. I remember watching that as a kid after I had just watched iron man, and being in awe that iron man was also in the hulk movie. I remember my dad saying “yeah so I read that that post credit scene means that there’s gonna be movies with a bunch of super heroes all in the same movie”. It’s crazy to look back on that

Phase 1 is just introducing the superheros, ever since Thor, an Infinity stone, the Tesseract has been introduced as it is shown in Captain America: The First Avenger.
The fact that the Infinity Stones were included in multiple movies, meansthey actually planned this entire "series" all along!

I remember that when Iron Man came out, me and all my family went to the day it premiered. At the end of the movie, most people were leaving but my grandmother had lost her glasses and we were all searching for them for a good ten minutes.
