Dentist Vlog |Mouth hygienist

In this video I took the kids to visits a mouth hygienist and it’s very 3-4 months in Netherlands and it is very paramount.
The mouth hygienist went ahead to check their gums and teeth.
The mouth hygienist cleaned their teeth with a dental scaler and she make sure it’s properly cleaned and thoroughly.
The mouth hygienist will also floss their teeth which they do as well atleast 3-4 times a day when they eat.Flossing your teeth is very important and you will not easily get gum disease as well.It will removed all the food particles in between your teeth.
The mouth hygienist will cleaned your teeth and floss it for you as well.Oral care is very paramount and cannot be over emphasised.
Dental care for kids in Netherlands is free until they are 18yrs old and which is paid from the dental insurance from 18yrs old.Almost everyone in The Netherlands has a dental insurance.
Dental care is important and cannot be over emphasised as they say health is wealth and we should have a healthy mouth too.
