hi! as someone with brown skin, i have pink gums, but they are also very dark brown when i pull my lip higher. my dentist has not said that there are any concerns with the colour of my gums. in future videos, please take into consideration that some people have melanin in their skin and that their gums may not be pink.

Please if you have it try a water pik, flossing and brushing save your teeth while you still can. You will notice more bleeding at first with the water pik but it will go away quite quickly. I'm having to have expensive periodontal treatment for periodontitis so save your self money and your teeth before it gets too late.
I've been suffering with depression for many years now and unfortunately and regrettably neglected my teeth for a very long time and no matter what i just couldn't motivate myself to brush regularly. The time came when i was financially available to going to the dentist after not seeing one for around 10 years, my gums are damaged and unfortunately i can never permanently remove my gum disease. But with the help of my hygienist i have been able to get them professionally cleaned and got fillings in and now have a steady regimen of brushing, flossing, using diluted hydrogen peroxide and mouthwash. I'm trying my best to recover but my gums are indeed not the best
