this helped me get back on track today. Thanks Adam!
This is gold!
Ty!
Yo todd sones! I was thinking maybe you looked familiar. And the polish type of name i was like “i wonder”. I took a handful of lessons trom Todd when he was coaching northwestern and had that super ahead of its time video setup at like white deere or whatever. i was kind of a burgeoning chicago young stud. Before i went to golf school full time for rest of high school. Any way youre giving people good stuff, youre just coming on my radar if youre on the west coast may book a few sessions one of these days. Love when you talk trigger ques and setup keys for better players.
This concept applies to the driver swing?
Is this for all clubs?
the hands stay where they would if you didn’t hip bump correct?
👍
Does this apply for driver too or just irons? Need full vid or more context sick of these shorts that don't give the full point..
That's how they get paid
What's the benefit of the hip bump?
you dont sway. powerful energy goes forward
Do you push off back leg?
In back swing for sure
@@tannershane6491what about when he says push off around the brace? Rite at end of the video what leg is he pushing off?
@@bj146651 right leg you are pushing down into ground hard as you can during backswing when you rotate to go downswing you fire your hips and push off as hard as you can with your left leg. . Sounds weird but when you practice this really exaggerate the pushing . Once you get the feel you won’t have to push as hard but will understand how the weight and shift work . Anothe great drill for working on firing your hips is to pause at the top of swing for .5-1 full second . It teaches your body how to rotate your hips and weight properly
Why don’t you flare
Your feet?
All very good; but isn’t time to speak and show the importance to every single golfers their little trail finger? Once out of the bag it will change golf instructions forever. So why not be the first on You Tube to release it! At age 75 I wish I knew this 45 years ago. So if you say you have such a video: Please release it soon to the world. I would release one of my own; except I have few viewers to see it; and fear few would even believe me. But nevertheless I am spreading the information as much as I can throughout You Tube best golf instructors in hope at least one of you do. Cheers 😃⛳️👍🥂❤️
What does little pinky do sir, have heard about pressure on 2 middle fingers not pinky.
@@barrycatt4571 not to overthink it or any other pressure points at our body as we are swinging our club; but the trail hand pinky can allow our brain to especially feel the weight and increasing momentum of our club head loft especially at the transitional top of our down swing when we and our club needs to change direction and then the weight and momentum of the loft ( club head) travels down directly to and through our ball and then up around our body.
Jack Nicklaus did his twirl waggle with his little trail pinky to rehearse his swing to prepare to feel the weight and momentum of his traveling club at the transitional part of his swing. Cheers 👍😃⛳️🥂❤️
Porzac Golf did a video on it and I hope they may soon release it.
The anchor point is the right hip not the left.
Explain please 🤔
@@PorzakGolf czcams.com/video/txlApvUmIbw/video.htmlsi=n0CkIyGX-Fp21sFc. Watch starting at 6:04. The right hip stays stationary on the backswing or even moves slightly back while the head stays still. This move is crucial if you want to eliminate any grab on the down swing. Watch Rory, tiger, Freddy, hogan, etc…. With the hips initiating a forward move on the beginning of the down swing it enables the arms to just relax down and through the ball. Watch a slow mo of Rory. The rest of your clip is perfect. Great lesson.
Huh, if you’re left handed…😂
Haha you’re surely left handed then otherwise you’re arguing a point just to argue
@@georgejung5429 no not arguing I don't do that. I think this is a great lesson I think Porzak golf is great. On the backswing we rotate around the right hip. That's why there is tilt on the backswing. then to start the downswing we shift our weight left so the left hip is over the left foot then we rotate around the left side and through. The right hip should not go towards the target on the backswing. That is a reverse pivot.
Ok hold that thought
