For the little square soft candies, I can wholeheartedly recommend combining flavours. Makes it twice as good.
Also I thinks those are as beloved as they are because they are often thrown out for German carneval, so children pick up them up for free and learn two love them early.

1. amuses or seems adorable due to being dumb or naive
2. Is round or clumsy

It isn’t really used anymore except for by old people and in some dialects.

Not neccessary fact: Ritter Sport was originally designed to fit into sports bags for athletes after workout. Even the opening and close mechanism was thought for that. So they can spare it for a longer time and it wouldn't make a mess like regular chocolate. It was made before bars were made.
