Served a side dish with it - Dahi bada with mint powder, Bhuna jeera and chaat masala flavored dahi. Dessert was hemp milk chia seed pudding with cheekoo pulp. Amazing meal.

Hing, jeera, ek moti elaichi, tej patta, onion in mustard oil and then basic masala. After the onion turns red we're supposed to put ginger-garlic paste. Then put chopped potato and peas inside.
