I know you and there are many people like us who are going through this mentally.. I know it’s hard.. after all it’s been 4 months now
And situation is not getting any better.
So what to do in such times?
Here’s what I have been doing from last week and because of which I started feeling good again
1.Start waking up at 7am
2. First thing you should do is make your bed open your windows let the cool air come in.
3. Exercise for 30 min
4. Turn on the fan and meditate for 15 min atleast listen to claiming music which are available on CZcams
5. Take a hot shower
6. Start dressing up as if you were really gonna go somewhere
7. Put on your makeup and perfume you will definitely feel better
8. Go to your spiritual place in my case it’s my small home mandir I have started praying for good health
9. Have a full meal breakfast eat heavy
10. Drink hot water with lime in it
11. Have a cup of tea or coffee
12. Start your day with preparing a game plan for that day if you are Working from home like I am start creating checklists of all the things you need to do in that particular day.
13. Actually find a spot for your WFH situation. Preferably away from your bed.
14. Start working like you used too in your real office.
15. Really do stay connected with your colleagues and talk to them , the more you talk the more better you will feel
16. By the end of the day of your office hours tick on the checklist that you created
17. Have a great family time talk to your parents spouse
18. Before sleep thank god/ your spiritual leader for keeping everyone safe in this world were nothing safe now.
