Green chillies when fried in mustard oil with a pinch of salt is very tasty. Squeeze a piece of lemon in it. It will be amazing in taste. A little toasted bread and fried chilli in vada Pao ..try once.👌👌👌
Green chutney is easy to make, add coriander and 2-3 spoonful of plain curd with green chilli, garlic, salt as per your taste and blend in together. More curd you will add in coriander more light green color of your chutney you will get. And this green chutney is so tasty. Please, try yourself and know. ❤️❤️

Ma'am it looks tempting but there is one more dry chutney of garlic to be applied in the base of vada . It will definitely enhance the taste of vada pav❤. Do try it with that chutney next time. I am sure you will love it
