I went on the journey I intended. It's all about that first 30 to 45 minutes of the come up. Before you even really feel it. You just focus your mind on positive energy and love and radical acceptance and you will have a wonderful time. Like I'm having right now 😄 But if you go into just worried about what people might think of you, worried about what might happen to you, just worried worried worried. You're going to have a bad time, every time. It's all about the come up, if you prepare your mind, you will take flights never thought possible, my guy. I sincerely believe that every human being should try it.

I had anxiety most of my life, which got worse in high school, and is now actually debilitating(mostly due to the physical symptoms), but I did do shrooms a lot, acid maybe 5 times, this one we called "foxy"(one of those research chems, I believe 5-Meo-DiPT, which I didn't love, especially because it lasted like 14 hours, but would do a lot because it was always around), and that's about it(besides things like ecstasy, ketamine, pcp, DMT, etc.) Having a plan and the right mindset is key. For example, one time these crazy strong shrooms came in, I took 2 or 3 grams, and stayed home and watched Vanilla Sky. Not exactly a recipe for success, especially since A. My mother was home/downstairs, B. This was before we got central air, and my room was the hottest in our house, so I was sweating balls, and C. Not only are movies not generally a good idea when tripping(since you can't really sit in one spot and focus on a movie for two hours, not to mention the high lasts much longer than 2 hours), but also because Vanilla Sky is a pretty depressing movie, and my depression was getting quite severe at this time(due to being addicted to my mom's painkillers, and eventually heroin.) I didn't even have any painkillers with me, just 3 10mg Valium tabs(also from my mother), which did help a bit, and at least helped me sleep sooner than I otherwise would have. Early on though I found that drinking a bit(maybe 5 to 6 drinks), smoking a blunt(which back then always made me feel good), and using some combination of valium/klonopin and Diluadid(or sometimes just putting one of my mom's 100ug/hr fentanyl patches on my back) really helped. As did ecstacy(usually, though the cone down could be rough/unpleasant.) I also had to have other people with me who were tripping(one night I was depressed, anxious, felt horrible, had no beer, weed, nothing, and I took a tab of acid I got off an older kid from my school while we were chilling at a "party" in the summer in this girls garage/back yard(who was two years younger than us and who's parents let us drink and chill there(and who also had sex with nearly every guy in our school.)) That uh...that did not end well. To me, nature was almost always a win. Whether it was just chilling in the woods talking, vibing, or on the beach watches the waves come in, and the moonlight over the water, or just laying in the grass with my girlfriend staring up into space, pondering how incredible(and absurd) everything is, having deep, meaningful conversations for hours and hours(especially because I was not much of a talker, especially after my addiction, depression, and anxiety got worse and worse.)
@@theWACKIIRAQI I mean if your super nervous or thinking about bad things that are bothering you it can cause you to kinda spiral out of control and you’ll feel helpless like you can’t stop thinking about the bad stuff. You gotta jsut be in a good mood and don’t fight the trip. The trip is gonna take over the way you think regardless but you jsut wanna be clear headed in a good place. If your in a good mood the trip thoughts are gonna be good things and you’ll laugh a lot at stupid stuff. Ooooo one last big rule for me is don’t be around anyone that’s annoying or gonna mess with you. Only should trip around good friends who will take care of you if ya need help or people who will calm you down and make ya feel better if ya do start having any bad thoughts.

The most overwhelming experience ive ever had was a half ounce of mushies and 4 hours with headphones on, i ate two eighth chocolates and drank tea throughout the day, laid in bed listening to the classical radio station with my eyes closed. i swear i could see a wheel of color that got lit up to the different notes, insanely euphoric, till it wasnt, i noticed how attached to my phone i was and it sent me spiraling ended up crying about rome's fall for a few hours and hugging some dogs.
I wish more people explored psychedelics I grow my own Mushrooms and when I talk to people about it they get really weird like I'm manufacturing Crack or something I have jars of shrooms and I trip maybe 3 to 4 times a year it's not an addictive drug that you do for fun or some sh*t. They have purpose and can really help you work through things and understand life but yes it can also be fun.
If you're smart, you won't go to jail for psychedelics. Two things, 1. It's nice to dress up while tripping. 2. The cops are far less likely to bother you if you're all dressed up. Lastly, don't do it in public.
