- Here is our "Way To Early" 2024 Georgia Bulldogs football predictions video for every college football game of the 2024 season.
We're going to go game by game and break each matchup down. Along the way we will predict the final outcome of each matchup, and predict Alabamas final record on the season.
The SEC as a whole has gone through massive changes this year. The BIG 10 has added Washington, USC, UCLA and Oregon Ducks. We have the Texas Longhorns and Oklahoma Sooners coming into the SEC conference. The road to the SEC championship is now more difficult. We have also had Nick Saban, the GOAT himself retire. We welcome in Kalen Deboer as the new Head Coach of the Crimson Tide. Kirby Smart though is still in charge in the SEC conference. The college football playoffs have also expanded to 12 teams now starting this year. Brent Venables looks to compete with other SEC coaches. Dan Lanning is re tooling.
Let's take a close look at each of these games being of season to end.

I think 12-0 can happen. Texas and Bama are only questions but I think smart will beat them
I can see that. Can be 11-1 or 12-0 very easily
Youve got GA giving up 13 or more points in every single game and averaging over 20!! Theyve averaged 12.2 over the last two years and the defense looks to be improved from last year 👀
Good point, I’d have to go back and look. I’d stick with the game predictions on a win loss basis. The score is just a shot in the dark at this point. But thanks for letting me know. We know GA defense won’t be giving up 20 a game. Maybe in that 12-14 ppg bracket as you mentioned
I was thinking the same thing. I'm never seen a Kirby Smart defense at Alabama or at Georgia give up that many points in a season points per game in almost decades I don't see that number all of a sudden jumping up that high either.

Not sure how the Kentucky matchup can be discussed without highlighting Brock Vandagriff or JDJ who will be the leaders on both offense and defense for KY
Excellent points. Your right Ken always has a tough physical defense. There’s been some talk about Brock in the spring, so good point on that as well. What do you think Kentucky will do this year?

Georgia beat teams in 2021 by a huge margin of 28.5 pts.
I can see them beating teams by 31+ this year..Big believer in Carson Beck and returning with what could be the top offense in country. I do also expect them to have a Top 3 defense as well.
Exactly. A lot of people have Beck as the top QB in the 2025 draft. Defense is without a doubt top 10 at worse.

It's a very reasonable predictions. I just don't see Georgia ever giving up that many points per game on defense. I think the Clemson ones probably going to be a blowout. The Texas game will be a 50/50 other than that I think everything else sounds spot on. Just that's a lot of points for a Kirby Smart defense to give up.
Thanks! And Agreed, that’s my bad. I’d say to ignore the score predictions and focus on the W-L. The actors are a shot in the dark at this point, we’re still months out from game one. Like you said GA on average won’t be giving up that much. Probably more so in the 12-14ppg range like your saying. Good point
It seems like every year after Clemson won the natty they have been overhyped. I believe this WILL be a blowout.

Very possible and I’d lean toward agreeing. They’ll get that bye week if they win the conference. But either win it or lose it they’ll make the playoffs this year for sure

My bold prediction is Uga will lose to Clemson but win all the remaining games.

@@jdtheguitartist it will be hard. I personally have to give the edge to GA, very deep roster with a great QB. Clemson is a good team, but I think there’s a lack of top playmakers to beat GA.
