  • This fix describes how to shim the backstop to compensate for pivot wear and restore usage to new again.

    Thanks man , been through many of these rolling machines,always bought new till now. I just used an old refrigerator magnet placed in the proper spot , problem solved. You da man ! 👍👍

    I tightened the nuts a 1/2 a turn and that worked for me.

    I just did this and used masking tape until I built up enough to shim it and it works great now!!!!! It was jambing up on every cig and couldn't get a full one for anything. I agree the grease guy is a freaking joke, cigs are bad enough without smoking the grease.

      If the tape compresses and it becomes increasingly difficult again, just replace the built-up tape with a piece of metal that won't compress.
      The pivoting wear will still continue to increase over time, so we just increase the shim thickness over time to counter it.

    Over complemented machine. Get a power magnet mini.
