Beef & Cheese:
1 lb 80/20 ground beef
1 jalapeno
1 red bell pepper
1/2 onion diced
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp garlic paste
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
1 tsp each (chile powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, sazon)
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1.5 cups cheddar cheese
Buffalo Chicken:
2 cups diced chicken
2 celery stalks
1/2 onion diced
1 tsp chicken bouillon
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
1 cup frank's red hot sauce
3 tbsps ranch dressing
4 oz room temp cream cheese

These look delicious. But , where I live and anywhere else that the Latin community resides, empanadas is Puerta Rican food and empanadas is a Spanish flavored recipe . But , there are no rules to food right.

@@lakersin556 they freeze sooo well. After folding them u just stack them in an airtight container with a piece of wax paper in between each one and freeze. When ur ready to eat them u can put them in the fridge to defrost for a couple of hours and then fry them up; delicious 🤌

😁😁😁 I don’t envision being anyones wife but I do miss cooking for someone. My ex didn’t appreciate my cooking until I kicked him out 😐🤣 that’s when they always realize. When he quit his job, lost his place on purpose to live with me, he thought I was going to be serving him and you broke… nah man 😐😂 he was smoking that 💩 He never cooked for me.
But I understand what you mean, every time I’m in the kitchen and I make a good meal, I have no one to share it with, but as quick as the thought enters my head, that’s as quickly as it leaves 😁😁😁 only reason why I say that is because and I’m not being racist is because all the black men that are interested in me, always want to sleep with me first and not take me out on a date. And they always want to know if I know how to cook.
My first love a Latino he courted me, and the white guys I dated. They never tried to come over and have sex first and get fed and some women do that. Cooking is an act of love. I enjoy it but you have to earn that. I pray that the next guy I date doesn’t take advantage and that we can both cook together. Serving someone is an act of love. I love the look on someone’s face when they take that first bite 😁I miss it!
One guy back in 94 he came to visit and we were just hanging out and when I went down stairs I brought my empanada with me and asked if he wanted to taste it and he said yes….. well he never took me out again and the places we went to were not expensive because I really don’t like to eat out much and we would just grab something quick to eat, he only spent $13 one time 🤣🤣
One guy tried to hide the fact that he was married, his wife was dating somebody 😐 and since we never went out…. when we met 10 years prior, he thought this time around when we saw each other that he was going to Netflix and chill, he could cook but he wanted me to cook for him.
We were talking about food and he said “does this mean you’re going to cook for me?” I said does this mean you’re going to cook for me? And he didn’t like that. He thought I was going to be that woman that he could get sex and food from, when he couldn’t get it from his wife. I stopped him dead in his tracks and blocked him. Not the first thing you say to a woman you met in an elevator one night 😁
Women naturally love to do these things… my mom when she was alive was abused and tortured by my father and she lost her life. He treated her like a slave and would beat her if dinner wasn’t done by 7 pm. He always had to eat first and lick the batter bowl and get the first slice of cake everything. Got the audacity to be a narcissistic abuser and he didn’t even work or provide for his own family.
This young man that I was talking to at the time, he loved the fact that I could cook, because my father put all the responsibility on me as a kid and he tried to act like I was his mother and not his girlfriend. I dumped him. 25 years later he still checking for me because I was and still am independent but since I wasn’t Puerto Rican, I dumped him because he was fixated on Puerto Rican women and had way tooo,any female friends.
My thing with men is that if a woman cooks, that’s great but she’s not your mother and that’s the problem I have with the energy changing. It’s not my desire to be cooking 7 days a week for a man.

Hi 🙂 ! I luvuvluv Empanadas 😋! I've purchased Jamaican Beef Patties, several times. I won't buy them ever again! I do NOT like ANY heat in any food/recipes. I've been told "Oh no, they aren't HOT", Bull ☺️☺️☺️, they always are. I'll try your recipe without Hot Peppers 😂. TYFS!!! Have a Wonderful Memorial Weekend.
