- I guess technically this is how to progressively disc a disc detainer padlock, since there are no pins inside these locks, but that just sounds odd! In order to learn to pick this Anchor Las DD padlock, I wanted to take the progressive approach and really get a feel for those discs and to get the encouragement of the shackle opening while learning.
Nice idea 👌👌 progressive pinning is so useful and having it in a DD-lock is very nice 👍
Cheers. It worked a treat for this lock 😎👍🏻
What a fantastic idea! I'll be giving this a whirl at some point. Thanks for sharing and enjoy your weekend.
Thanks Gazz, it works a treat 😁👍🏻
Great idea and very instructive video. Thank you very much!
Cheers. It worked very well 😎👍🏻
Wow! This is Outstanding D! I think I'll give this a go also since I'm new at DD locks.. Good thinking buddy!
Oh I like this idea, well thought out too Dmac. 🙂👍
Works a treat Roy. I've picked it a few times with a few different spacers. Will have to try it again at full strength soon 😁👍🏻
@@Dmaclocksport👏👏👏👏 Well done. Looking forward to seeing you pick it fully populated 🙂👍
Great idea mate cant believe no one has come out with this before 😮 well done and great picking. Well on your way to black belts now😅👏
Cheers mate. I've not seen anyone doing it before either, surely I can't be the first? Either way, it works really well. I've picked it with a few different spacer combos so far 😁👍🏻
Great idea well implemented 👍
Thanks Tipene, it works great 👍🏻

Thanks mate. It actually works very well to teach you what to feel for to get the open 👍🏻
@@Dmaclocksport I'm just starting Abloy Classics and this looks to be a very helpful idea 👌
Very nice m8 ive yet to try dd locks good way to start🙂
Cheers. I'm new to them myself actually. Having fun so far 😁👍🏻
Only just seen this for some reason, excellently implemented. Wonder if the feedback is altered by the angle the sidebar is sitting at, have you have chance to notice by now?
Cheers mate. I didn't notice it tbh. I played about with a few spacer configurations and got a good feel for the discs before moving on to the fully loaded lock. 😎👍🏻
Simple but brilliant-which is the best type! Now I just need to find an affordable DD lock that is also disassemble-able? Any recommendations?
So far I have this one and a selection of the cheaper but reasonable quality DDs, like the Zarker. This is the only guttable one I have. Although I have an Abloy on the way which is guttable
