    I applaud the points in this video. Over automation is lazy and takes the human out of the approach. The worst are dialers that call 5 numbers at once and hang up on 4 of them the moment someone picks up (leaving a pre-recorded voicemail drops in the process). Doing this conditions prospects not to interact with you. The same goes for cold email. Once everyone starts doing the same thing, it stops working because people become conditioned to ignore it.
