1 Thing to note: To my knowledge if a Legendary Lord can be revived in a province it takes priority(example is the Tor Anlec - Nagarythe situation, I have to test it but I think ive gotten Alith Anar revived with the whole province owned) - will come back after testing

This is seriously amazing and useful. I still wish the game would just allow you revive factions by conquering the settlement than having to start a rebellion there.
