- Lindsay Hubbard from Summer House says Carl Radke’s stepfather, Lou, hadn’t spoken to her in months and was only getting one side of the story after saying he wouldn’t feel comfortable marrying Carl and Lindsay. She also says Lou’s statement was hurtful, she’d always been really close with Carl’s family and Carl was communicating with everyone, but her at the time. Plus, Gabby Prescod tells Lindsay that Lou’s opinion was valid.

Sorry Lindsay but he only needed to hear one side of the story..Carl told them how he felt, they listened and knew he didn't want to marry you. That's it!
Whatever Lindsay is saying or trying to say does not make sense and further proves that their marriage would not have worked out.
Carl couldn't communicate with Lindsay honestly, she has a habit of twisting everything you say to her. No one can have a reasonable convo with her because she cant take criticism, shes always defensive, she doesnt take accountability and she hits unnecessarily below the belt.
She does all the above but out of work forever Carl knew that going in. He fed off her in your face attitude bc he is one weak guy who runs to his mom for comfort.

Carl's stepfather literally saved him, that scene was powerful. Bet Carl is so grateful now
U mean to say a grown a&& man has to be told to not marry. It’s obvious to everyone. They’re more of a mismatch than any other reason for breaking up. Carl won’t work, he buys into odd ventures like the alcohol free bar, and has to be kept in a job by his friend. He dates a go getter, opinionated, strong, rude, woman.

Carls parents didn’t say anything bad about her she wants to play victim. They were saying work more on your relationship which was good advice. The other thing is Carl couldn’t talk to her because she loses it in every conversation she doesn’t know how to have a rational conversation

Lyndsey is not self aware at all. You didn’t make Carl feel safe to communicate you would talk down to him. I’m not saying Carl is innocent but I’m glad they didn’t get married. She wanted to be married and that is why this is forced she didn’t want Carl
I watched this entire interview and Lindsay answered tastefully considering (despite everyone’s opinion) she’s still been hurt in this situation. Reading these comments prove that when people are committed to disliking you there is no reasoning or empathy. Lindsay isn’t perfect but neither is Carl, they both have work to do but Carl knew he wasn’t ready for many things before proposing to someone like Lindsay he too is not a victim.
No one said Carl was perfect.

Also, he says he didn’t call the cameras in for their breakup. Then how did production know to be at their house? In all of these interviews after their breakup, I think Carl is playing the victim. I know Lindsay can be a lot, but I see a lot of manipulation going on with Carl.
He had to he had to be very careful because Lindsey was going to spin it to where she was a victim. he had to look out for himself and his reputation. No one wants to end up like Sandoval.
