Some in America still has that mentality of "Its all the womens fault" and even many females fall in line and copy the mentality. I was appalled with the stepfathers comments. Its was OK for Carl to be on this show and be around where booze is flowing constantly and his own best friend Kyle who he works for was out at night boozing and winds up in bed with a strange women not knowing how he got there and his wife crying because he often is out all night and let the women have some drinks and God forbid she is the one to blame for these guys boozing it up. Ancient Catholic eastern Europe mentality beaten into poor pheasant heads who brought that mentality to America with them. Poor Carl took the advice of his previously divorced mommie and step daddy because by golly cause he has no backbone or brain to think for himself like a man should do or was it because he did not love Lindsey all this time nor did he want the responsibly of a family and children. Lindsey can do a lot that some women cannot and that is stand up for herself and what is right. Some minister's counsel and some do not unless they have the education of psychology and counseling in that area. Some churches do allow it and some don't because often times even parents will need it for a child or teen or marriage or whatever problem.

I watched this entire interview and Lindsay answered tastefully considering (despite everyone’s opinion) she’s still been hurt in this situation. Reading these comments prove that when people are committed to disliking you there is no reasoning or empathy. Lindsay isn’t perfect but neither is Carl, they both have work to do but Carl knew he wasn’t ready for many things before proposing to someone like Lindsay he too is not a victim.
