Just came across your channel today and wanted to let you know I am enjoying your videos. Also, you bear a striking resemblance to Eric The Car Guy, another CZcamsr…any relation?
I watched a prior video of you trading in your GM HD and you mentioned the very noticeable rough almost skittering around ride on the gravel relative to the Toyota ( which I am not surprised at due to suspension and tire types used between the two trucks ). What I am curious about is do you recall what the inflated tires pressures were in front and rear of your 2500 and the same question applies to your current truck.
I think the tire pressure at delivery of the GMC was 65 or 70. I dropped it to 55-60 to see if it'd help. It didn't. Currently my tire pressure is at 35. I know that makes things better but, as I said in my prior video, the two trucks really are for different purposes and this one just fits me better.
@@mswwalker12345 Without a doubt there is no way to make a 3/4 or 1 ton ride like a much lighter sprung 1/2 ton ( and lighter physical weight as well ) as the tires can be P rated on a 1/2 ton or another words a more flexible tire vs a light truck 10 ply tire and don't need to carry near the air pressure. I imagine had you been able to borrow a friends 3/4 ton similar to what you bought to try it out on the farm you would have realized their personality but hindsight is always 20-20. But anyone watching your video will get informed and that's what its all about ( and yes for my use I would love to have had your GM 😉)
Toyota will turn off the seat belt alarm off for you
You need bigger tires bro
I've been looking into that. Soon, my friend, soon.
