It's awesome how you aren't afraid to show where the meat of these dishes comes from. Adding the butchering and cooking processes really makes the show more real and entertaining. I put this comment up partway through and also like that ya want people to think about what's normal and seems right, not just morally, but socially as well.

Thuyen Vo is the only companion and interpreter of Sonny that I really like. She bites all Sonny’s jokes. I love her accent when she talks English. She’s funny. I just love listening to her all the time. I just started watching this CZcams 2 weeks ago and I really love it, admittedly there are lots of food that you guys eat that I haven’t tried and will never try even though I came from Manila and have been living in Sydney Australia for nearly 40 years. Your Mexican Food Tour is one of my favourites, I think I can eat 95% of the food that you tried. Thank you Sonny for sharing these videos. Being a duck hunter from south Louisiana I can say I’ve eaten a lot of creatures most would consider weird. I’ve eaten probably thousands of wood ducks and pouldeau. The Eurasian teal you had is actually a coot or as us Cajuns call them pouldeau. Pronounced “pool-do”.

Yes, at our local Chinese restaurant they have jellyfish. The head (no tentacles) is sliced into strips and served with rice vinegar sweet-sour sauce. Jellyfish is high in collagen and protein tissue - used for brain health. And of course, American medical profession has finally gotten around to finding out all the healthful benefits of eating jellyfish for the brain.

I found out about fish souce in my early 20s n now when I cook shrimp or fish seafood most in general I make a fish souce with cilantro, garlic, little vinegar, sugar green onions, little black pepper, lemon n or lime n water all mixed together it's so good. U can eat this way with any meats or sea food cook on it or just a table spoon whichever is ur way. Thx for ur great videos. I've watched them in parts and whole sessions. Some I've seen more than twice n still watch it. Thx again
