This video doesn't really say much of anything to be honest... Truth is, the average test levels of men have dropped significantly over the past 40+ years. It's probably due to a number of factors including shifting from more physical and/or outdoor work to being on and starting at a computer screen for work and largely spending more time indoors, but the bigger factor is probably our food. Even if you eat healthy, fruits, vegetables, meat, etc. None of it as as nutrient dense as it used to be. The fertilizers, soil, chemicals and drugs used to grow our food has all been for the purpose of growing MORE food, but much of it contains a fraction of the nutritional value it used to in terms of vitamins and other micronutrients. That's not really a problem that can be solved by personal choices unless you grow your own food.

@@liamliam5341 I don't remember by how much but yes, not eating or eating too little carbs will lower T production and free levels. The best form of carbs will be vegetables, unprocessed grains, and some fruits. With a little search you can find a large list of good carbs, not all carbs are the same, bad carbs can lower T levels. Carbs from good sources get used more effeciently. Many notice they've more energy to expend when they switch to eating good carbs. When a good diet is mixed with a good physical routine the benefits begin to stack really well. Cheers.

@@liamliam5341 Sounds like carb flu. Going no carb can be beneficial if you have a higher percentage in body fat to burn off, having a high fat percentage can lower T more than goin no carb. The transition into ketosis(fat burning mode) is quite rough. Fat burns slower than carbs do so if you exercise or lift weights then you will also notice a lack in performance, strength, and effort. You could try replacing bad carbs with good carbs for a week before going carnivore. Swapping your bad carbs for good carbs can be very beneficial. Cheers.

Both refused to write me a script, said they were happy to refer me to endo and to take it from there, fair enough they didn’t know me, so back to my usual GP and he did the same thing, only i wasnt taking this refusal so lightly and argued with him politely, he’s written it for years now so why the hassle ? I mean surely they know u been on it for years and that you cant just stop not without both physical and mental health issues….he didn’t seem to care but said he would write a referral for an endo, which I would’ve gladly accepted if he could write me a script as I was in complete shut down and beside myself and depressed as hell. Basically said he was too worried about getting into trouble from medical board or whoever controls them and didn’t need the hassle. Doctors oath ‘first do no harm” what a joke, more like save ur own arse first patients second. So went back to one of the other doctors..a female doc with good reputation and i was up front and honest explained my predicament and that i had no desire to go off test for 3 months just so an endo could tell me what i already knew and maybe then write me a script. I told her that and that i had sourced my own test illegally and that I wanted her to monitor me with all regular check ups that would go along with replacement therapy. I made her aware of the many channels like “trt optimisation” So not only was she happy to be my doctor and monitor all this stuff but she encouraged me to share links and any other vital information that might help educate her in that role, as she was aware how far behind GPs are in regards to administration and frequency techniques now being used by the broader and often better educated community out there. Thought i should share this with you…theres more then one way to skin a cat and to do it safely…only tricky bit is of course im forced to break a law to source my own medicine. All things considered dont do this unless u find a good GP that can look after you with regular testing etc. bit long winded but important to share the problems here in australia

Some good info but some seems outdated. For men having low testosterone as well as low estrogen levels are considered the most dangerous for having cardiac issues. Every man is different and the only advice that I can give that is 100% is that every man should get a blood test to see where his current levels of testosterone total and Free Testosterone are at now , as well as your estrogen or estradiol levels. Guys that just want testosterone to gain muscle and running a super high range are opening a whole bunch of health issues that are undesirable and can cause serious complications.

The definition of doctor has become ambiguous. He is a urologist, not an endocrinologist. Much of what he said however was not that far off, he could have worded it much less confusing though. It all starts with getting a blood test and finding out your total testosterone, and your free testosterone. That's the right way vs "throwing" blindly testosterone at the symptoms he described.

Taking too much testosterone, can cause estrogen levels to increase. This can lead to some serious problems, I thought of trying TRT,but,I kept thinking about what you would take to block estrogen. Unfortunately, I'm way too old now.I heard a supplement called.DIM is a good estrogen blocker, but. I hear it hasn't been proven to actually work. Anyway the thought of my testicles shrinking just wouldn't be worth it. Too much testosterone is thought to enlarge the heart. Look at all the professional wrestlers who were juicers You would be amazed how many died of heart failure!!

@@chrisc7566 411 is average range. 700 is considered to be really high. Not in the steroids range but still really high. 1) This physician has low testosterone. Ask anyone on TRT.
    2) Testosterone isn't highest in the morning for all men. It depends on a lot of factors, such as sleep cycle.
    3) There is not a single study in existance that shows harm by raising testosterone in a group of men. None. Nada. Zero. Find me any study where they raised testosterone levels in a group of men and it caused harm and I'll eat my show live on youtube.
    4) It's not a testosterone "boost". You can't boost your testosterone by taking testosterone. It's testosterone replacement therapy.
    5) You don't need to have measurably low levels to have symptoms of low testosterone.
    6) I know a few thousand men who got on on TRT and feel like a million bucks, and get all the benefits that you claim won't happen. Please continue to enjoy your low testosterone levels.
    7) Why would the usage need to be tracked? Does this occur with diabetes patients? No!
    8) He claims that only the wrong type of therapy can decrease sperm count. ANY AMOUNT of exogenous testosterone will decrease sperm count!
    9) Having low sperm count is dangerous? Who gets hurt? Where are all the dead bodies? What the hell are you talking about?
    10) Testosterone LOWERS your risk of heart disease. It doesn't raise or risk or worsen it. Otherwise every teenage boy you know would have heart disease. Heart disease occurs as you age and your testosterone levels start to DROP.
    11) Damn good thing this didn't air on the "commercials".
Where do you find these "experts"??

Messing with your hormones can cause cancer, so yes, it can be dangerous. If you're going to use steroids (TRT is steroids) make sure you do it through an actual doctor not a bro pharmacy. As he said your testosterone levels could already be within the proper range.
