Ganglion cysts are noncancerous lumps that most commonly develop along the tendons or joints of your wrists or hands. They also may occur in the ankles and feet. Ganglion cysts are typically round or oval and are filled with a jellylike fluid.
कलाई में छोटी सी गाँठ जैसी बन जाती है जो पानी जैसे पदार्थ से भरी होती है
Small ganglion cysts can be pea-sized, while larger ones can be around an inch (2.5 centimeters) in diameter. Ganglion cysts can be painful if they press on a nearby nerve. Their location can sometimes interfere with joint movement.
If your ganglion cyst is causing you problems, your doctor may suggest trying to drain the cyst with a needle. Removing the cyst surgically also is an option. But if you have no symptoms, no treatment is necessary. In many cases, the cysts go away on their own.
Ganglion Cyst is a very common cyst seen on dorsal or volar aspect of the wrist joint . 80 percent of the ganglion cyst is dorsal and 20 percent of the ganglion cyst is volar .

This happened to me, 2years before. After coming from jungle tour, I noticed something round in shape at back of my hand. My husband though it was tumor, so we visited doctor and done MRI, doc told it was cysts and operation to remove it.
Cysts was not painful and i was able to do all my work, so i thought there is no need to operate it only to make my hand beautiful.
I completely forgotten about cysts after 8months i noticed there was no cysts in my hand and it became beautiful again thanks to God.

I had that cyst in the back of my hand 🤚 for 2 years it wasn’t painful so I never mind it but it looked bit weird. Last month I randomly searched on cyst videos I found your video, while I was watching your video I did the same thing, I pressed the cyst with my thumb hardly and after that I did that process on the next day again Today I noticed there is no lumb in my hand 😅

It just happened to me 1.5 months back and remained for around 35 days and I was shocked that once in morning it became smaller suddenly to 60% itself and 100% next day ( after 40 days around)

मुझे यह प्रॉब्लम हुआ था लेकिन अंगूठे से प्रैशर डाल कर ठीक हुआ। मैंने हॉस्पिटल में नीडल से भी fluid निकलवाया लेकिन यह cyst बार बार हो जाती थी ।एक दिन ऐसे ही अंगीठी के पास बैठ कर मेरे मम्मी ने इसे जोर से दबाया ।
ऐसा लगा कि अन्दर कुछ rupture हुआ।उस दिन के बाद ना तो यह समस्या दोबारा हुई न दर्द हुआ।
