नमस्ते Dr साहेब। मै gov exam preparation के दौरान से ही acidity से 4 से 5 साल हो गया है इस problem से झुझ रहा हु जो भी कुछ खाते है सीने में जलन सुरु हो जाता है पर आपका एक नुस्खा ऐसा chenge kar दिया की समझ में nhi आ रहा है की मै आपको कैसे Thanks कहूं। नुस्खा था। अजवाइन जीरा अदरक को ओवर नाइट पानी में सोख देने का बाद नाश्ता और खाना के बाद लेनेवाला था। मात्र 5 दिन ही किया हु । बहुत राहत मिल रहा है। बस एक छोटी सी word है Thanks a lot Love you sir
