    Hello Everyone! Amazing that I was just having a conversation with a friend who lives out of state about this subject. I save and save for a down payment every year and for what? I've seen the homes of prices in NJ go sky high every year. I will not be buying a house with a down payment any time soon because once all of that savings is gone, I wouldn't be able to afford the taxes, the upkeep and we all know we must keep money for any emergencies and replacement of old broken down systems. So, as Paul said, "I've learned to be content"! If my Lord desires something better and necessary for me; let His will be done. Thank you dear brother for exposing what is truly going on. I know that you will be a great source of information to many for the Lord has directed this for you! 🙏

    A lot of the things we took for granted as youngsters in the 70s have become out of reach over the years. Inflation is a thief in the night.

    From what I see a majority of the older generation probably own their own vehicles, own their own homes, have assets, probably have a decent portfolio. That’s because the dollar had value back then. Now it doesn’t and us younger generation probably look bad because the older generation has had it good for so long us younger ones have to take out a loan for everything. Even half way decent furniture.

    Very good friend thxu 👍. I'm older and lost everything in '08. Since then I've been 100% cash as far as no debt. Wasn't able to start putting some money aside 'til '15. Quickly exchanged excess paper for metals. Stacking ever since. Took some excess cash and bought an older ambulance type vehicle in '18ish (kids grown and out). Upfitted it and converted the ambulance into an RV. Rent free (except maintenance on the RV) since. Alot of sacrifice to get to this point. This accelerated my discretionary income to again, accelerate stacking. Focus and discipline. You will find a way. If I had a million, 80% in silver, due to the gold to silver ratio currently, 10% in land to grow food and water source and get very creative with maybe 3 RV's and 2 mini houses in the land. All transportable. 10% "portfolio" of liquid cash, well vetted mining stocks and dividend paying foreign stocks. Great points of discussion and contemplation bro thxu 👍

    I'm an owner of a 4 family multi family unit....since 2003...& Yes...big head ache dealing with tenants, eviction, people not paying, lawn care, water & trash bills, sewer bill, general maintenance, & if you don't know a private handyman, Electrician, Plumber, HVAC guy...taxes at the end of the year...I can go on and on...I want to sell but, I'm under water...mannnn...I am 48 yrs young. I still have to maintain a regular Job...my tenants truly cant afford to pay...4 units...I have to constantly adjust rents and work with tenants...@ this point I feel like a baby sitter of grown ass people....I want out, but can't afford to sell....mannnn...I wish I had known about silver & Gold.💯💯💯

      Yea, I can imagine it must be frustrating. Being a Landlord is glorified non-stop in the investing/real estate community but many fail to mention all the various headaches that come with it. It's not passive income in my opinion because you're constantly dealing with problems and constantly on call. I would stick with T-bills if I were that rich rather than dump 500k into a property I have to constantly maintain, pay taxes on, and deal with delinquent tenants. I'll take the 4 week T-bill with the 5.33% discount rate, lend my fiat money to the government every month, spend time with my family with ZERO headaches, and take my 2k every month.
      I suppose this is OK if you don't work or have any other job but this is typically not the case for the small landlord. I suppose outsourcing it all to a property management company is a possibility but this would probably make it difficult to become profitable. Although, it seems like individuals with lots of properties always outsource to a property management company so perhaps it can become profitable after a certain amount of properties.

    I worked as a software engineer. It should have paid the bills. But it didn't! The average non-manager worker at that company needed a spouse/roommate to help pay rent. And this company told us how great we were doing, making the company record profits. The system is absolutely broken. I have no hope that anything good will come of this. The Great Reset is in progress.

    I wish I would have understood when I was in my 20's I think gold was 600 or lower an oz. I'm 56 now. I wish I knew then what I know now. I walked into a car dealership in 94 drove out in a brand new Subaru without a penny down. I had a high credit score but couldn't see buying gold & silver bullion. Being young & dumb is real at least for me it was. I started "stacking" in the last part of 2021 and I've got a better savings account now than I ever did then. I had 6 kids to support so maybe that's why I never could save😂 Great video.

  • @thevoiceofthelordpastorkei7165

    From 1980 to 1983 mortgage rates were 13 plus up to 16 plus so this is NOTHING NEW!! We had to struggle back than as well so at today's rate, were only 1/2 way there. It's ALL MANIPULATED!! just remember, we struggled also, and I couldn't afford anything back than making a whopping $1.85 per hour. I couldn't leave home until I was 29 y.o.a. I do agree with the younger generation getting crushed, but we all are, ITS ALL A JOKE & ALWAYS has been that's why the richer have always gotten richer and the poor poorer. Busted my butt to finally be able to buy a 1100 sq.ft starter home ( what a dump it was too) but finally was able to buy my first home at 37 y.o.a.back in 1992

      I don't believe there will be a crash. I've talked about this numerous times. A crash is counterproductive to their agenda as they don't want the common folk owning homes. How can a crash happen if the debt (money creation) continues to rise at an exponential rate? It makes zero sense. Physical assets with intrinsic value (land/homes/real estate) will continue to rise as the dollar continues to be devalued...Just my opinion and not financial advice...

    • @chiil034
      @chiil034 Před 8 měsíci

      @@SilverStarEagles Agreed. But I believe there will be a housing correction, but not to levels seen during the 2008 crisis. I believe you are correct, any physical asset will continue to appreciate... but as they appreciated, they will still go through over-valued and undervalued cycles on that upward trajectory.

  • @lamarravery4094
    @lamarravery4094 Před 8 měsíci

    That's a big misconception. Were things better in the good ol days? 1970s, 1980s, yeah. In some regards. Some babyboomers had better opportunities and pensions than the younger generations. But some old people in their 70s are still working. Why? They must've not made wise decisions or were victims of circumstance. Not every boomer had it good or made the best decisions. I get tired of hearing how the young generation got the shaft. My nephew is a millennial and him and his friends have really good paying jobs. So if you're young and don't have a good paying job, that's really your fault. There really is no excuse for it.

      We are storing up treasures in heaven as we know that we are not true citizens of this earthly kingdom. Remember what YHWH-God told the prophet Jeremiah to tell the people when they were taken into captivity by the Babylon...build homes, gardens, have children and pray for the good of that nation so that they too could prosper. We must pray for our rulers so that YHWH-God will raise up believers into this government and circumvent their nefarious plans for the good of many people. 🙏

You know nothing about me. I've been incorporating the word of God into my videos for over 2 years now. Where are your videos?
      Also, the word of God tells us to do in secret so that we are rewarded; not make a spectacle of how "righteous" we are so everyone can see. Again, you know nothing about me.
