- Tried to install the Street Legal Full Titanium SC Project Silp-on Rally Exhaust and went out testing it to make a comparison with the OEM Yamaha Ténéré exhaust. This video can also act as an instruction tutorial for those that want to change their exhaust pipe. Very straight forward and easy job that can be done in your garage with common tools. I will continue to mod my Ténéré in order to turn it in the Ultimate Adventure Bike to use this summer for exploring the TET.

@Manuel question. i have a t7 like you. how ever i find that if i put it in abs off mode, it forgets its abs off status with the kill switch. do you have a mod for this planned or have a tip for this ?

Do you ever go with a high mount exhaust. Just wondering if that’s a better option for not bending the exhaust hanger. Thanks
I never use a high one simply because i like more the low exhaust aesthetics. For sure this is more prone to get bent so I focus on not crashing heheheh

The weight of both slip ons would be good.
It would be interesting if you shortened the original muffler to half the length as a comparison.
I have the SC1, with the short baffle you can buy for it, it sounds awesome.

Ciao Manuel, ma il roadbook così alto non può dare problemi in discesa? io lo ho messo lì, ma non era così sporgente verso l'alto, e in una discesa dove ho duvoto fermarmi, non sono più riucsito a ripartire perchè non vedevo un cacchio di niente di cosa c'era davanti. Era un discesa piena di rocce lisce bagnate e sconnesse, del tipo discesa bastarda in un bosco!
In realtà io lo trovo nella posizione perfetta li perché mi permette di non abbassare troppo lo sguardo. In ogni caso stiamo sviluppando diverse opzioni questa è una versione light che sarà velocissima da installare ed economica sui 250 euro. L’alternativa che stiamo facendo e una torre completa e la strumentazione sarà più bassa ma dovendo sostituire l’intera torre la spesa sarà oltre 1.000 euro. Alla fine un po’ come le sospensioni la posizione del Roadbook e una cosa molto personale che varia da pilota a pilota
@@ManuelLucchese1 lo ho trovato molto comodo e immediato anche io li su come posizione, io aspetto gli sviluppi delle altre soluzioni! Sto cercando anche io di capire come fare per metterlo dove vorrei ma non ho le conoscenze tecniche mi sa.. quella vaschetta della pompa freno é sempre in mezzo! Mo sa che cambio pompa alla fine!!
Are you going to replace the exhaust subframe mount so that it doesn't crack the frame if you dropped the bike?
I hear it's a common problem
No way around it unless you cut off the mount.
@@JohnSmith-ef8nr yeah thats what you have to do to put an aftermarket kit on. Saves the frame from cracking though
What brand is the seat?
Rebel X Sports and Selle Dalla Valle produce it together
The problem is the bending of the exhaust. It's allways hit the swingarm if you jump.
Manuel hope you are living in the 2022 not in the 1975..you want change the full exhaust and reduce the pinion...are you joking? Do know the term ECU?...ok i hope yes...
Hi sorry but I don’t understand what you mean? You can’t access software wise the OEM ECU to remap it. We remapped the Factory bikes but there it was a complete prototype with different airbox and exhaust developed from scratch
@@ManuelLucchese1 is 2 years that is possible to remap the tenere ecu... So? You still play with the pinion?
