For a stock 2020 Euro 5 exhaust, that T7 std system is pretty damn good.

Great video, made me to choose not to go with this muffler and took my chances with the the Black Widow exhaust. I couldn’t be happier with it. Perfect sound with baffle, sounds like a thumper without being too annoying and has that nice gurgle at low speeds. Also included sealant for the fitting and shipped from UK to US in three days! Didn’t do the conversion but I think it’s slightly cheaper too. Wasn’t about to pay for a muffler that’s 1/10th the cost of the bike….that’s just stupid! I also put my stickers on my cat! 😂

Oh yer, the baffle had to go, sounds soooooo much better without it, I was thinking with it in that this was a waste of money cause the difference wasn't very noticeable (in the video anyway, maybe real life is different) but baffle out, well worth the dollars.

I have this exhaust on the way for my KTM 690 but am also looking at the Dominator HP1 which is a bit cheaper. I find it hard to believe that there's a big difference in sound, they are all just a can stuffed with fiberglass after all.

I recently put a Mivv Suono on my cb500x and it has the DB killer with a hex head nut and a spring washer. It also jas a 2nd inner pipe the also has a bolt to temove it. So you can go full baffle, half baffle or no baffle. It too jas a nice gurgle on engine braking.

@@zrkn1 depends on where you live. Melbourne is under a pretty strict lockdown as they had an outbreak of Covid there. A lady was arrested for trying to start a gathering to protest the lockdowns. I agree with her right to protest, but also understand that getting people together like that has a high chance of increasing the spread. Currently USA has 612 deaths per million people whereas Australia 'only' has 33. Hopefully, we can keep it low.

@@activelycamping My wife and I are over 60 yrs. old and have never worn a mask while shopping or anything so I would have to say that the virus is not what the media is reporting. If it were as bad as they say there would be millions dead in the US. Probably the worst thing is that the hospitals are receiving vast sums of money for every case they can stick a covid label on. The corruption is so out of control that the US. courts are overloaded with law suits. I'm afraid this nightmare is only beginning. Come November all hell is going to break loose here.

Back pressure myth at large again. These small engines don't see much change from lack of back pressure. Like so little a Dyno won't show it and if one does it could be past on an Dyno set up not back pressure.
