  • Bit of info and a little sound from my HP Corse exhaust on my Tenere 700
    Sadly in my quiet street I couldn’t be too loud, but it gives you a taste.
    Future videos will have better sound.
    If you have any questions about the install, ask in the comments.
    Cheers

    Looks fantastic mate, I have a question… with the pipe this high, is it possible to use soft throw over luggage still or would it be against the pipe? Thanks.

    Isnt the "bending issue" actually getting worse with the high pipe, since the standard pipes inletpipe, holds against the swingarm? 😅 Looks and sounds nice though 🤟

  • @Blockbuster2033
    @Blockbuster2033 Před 5 měsíci

    The exhaust hanger situation is to bad. If it wouldn't be in the way, or screwed on to the subframe, one could take it off and the aftermarket high pipe could be further forward. Would look nicer and help mass centralisation. Also it would allow for longer aftermarket exhausts that are quieter. And the link pipe could be shorter. And lastly the indicator situation would be greatly improved. I'm thinking of cutting it off on my bike and building a custom link pipe to move the high mount exhaust further forward.

    Can you comment on the k60 tyres? My worry is that they are going to be very brick like, with bad feedback from road and it won’t like wheelies. I’m I right?

    High Power Corse hahaha. Really nice setup. Looks really cool. Too bad almost all pipes for the Euro 5 version are illegaly here so I can't do anything with the exhaust. These are the original crash bars from Yamaha right? Are you happy with them?

    • @fromabikersview
      @fromabikersview  Před rokem +1

      I didn’t think there was any emissions junk in the factory muffler to make them illegal when changed. Governments are too restrictive on stupid laws
      They are the factory bars, and yes I like them. They have protected the fairings from damage.

    • @majormassenspektrometer
      @majormassenspektrometer Před rokem +1

      In Germany such parts for bikes need to be approved (homologated) for the specific bike model. You can even get in trouble with police if you have a wind shield or clutch or brake lever installed which is not approved for your bike model. Same for exhaust systems. They need to be approved for Euro 5 which regulates emission and noise level. Even if an exhaust system is within those specs, if it is not approved, it's still illegal.... 😑😑😂😂
      For the 2022 Euro 5 Tenere 700 only the Akrapovic slip on is approved. It sucks...
