- Warhammer 40k is one of my great hobby fails. 3-4 times over the years I've come home with a starter kit box, paints and so many hopes and dreams and then just crashed into my complete lack of #miniaturepainting skills. But what I lack there I can make up with #tradingcards - right? This is Dark Galaxy, and officially licensed set of #warhammer40k cards produced by Panini a few years ago. If you like #spacemarines and #tyranids you're gonna love these.

These remind me of the World of Warriors trading card set from Topps. I just recently completed the full set of them. I don't play the video game but I like the small figures and cards. It costs me a fortune to buy the figures because there are very few US sellers that have them. I usually wind up buying them from the UK.
Woah that's wild, I had received a pack of those as a free gift in my last Dave and Adam's order and had no idea what it was. But yeah, I see the similarities now.

I remember buying just panini packs when I was a kid it was around 30cents per pack back in the day then I realized it got expensive then I stopped buying since I could not even complete a whole set back then funny thing is that now that Im an adult I got back to buying not packs but a whole box which is more satisfying
I was the same growing up, 1 pack at a time and you always had this feeling that people were searching the boxes and leaving bad packs. Buying a whole box always feels better to me.

Another MTG crossover. They even did a My Little Pony crossover.
I loved the 40k commander decks, I could never bring myself to pay full price on them but I have printed proxies. I had forgotten about their pony collab, kind of crazy how many expanded universes they have now!
Those collector warhammer decks were to rich for my blood.
I bought the regular necro deck cheaper at walmart.
