This video looks nice and the only thing it really did to me was show me that a lot of other people have the same problem as I do and that mine doesnt work since yours copied/loaded in the matter of seconds, whereas mine never did. I bought that piece of crap today and spent CHF 60 bucks on it. 60 bucks. thats a lot. and it doesnt even work. whenever i try to do something it acts as if the stick isnt attached to my phone but it is. and when i try to copy something, even just 1 tiny picture, it says theres a problem and to try again. been trying for 3 whole hours. that bs doesnt work. if somebody can help please do so.
Sorry, I am not sure why yours is not working, mine is working fine.
It is 12 November and I am watching this recent video. It appeared that I either had to upgrade or update my app or select this other app that’s very similar and now my screen opens up just like yours but when I go to select photos after hitting copy files and I say copy photos from iPhone. It does not open up Photos and I have thousands on my iPhone. The screen stays black even if I leave it sit for a half hour.

What’s the quality like on pc after you transfer from phone, do the pictures and videos lose quality??
You have to try it but for me the videos turn out good
Every time I try to download my photos it says there was a problem please try again

Yes you can
You don’t need to eject first the flash drive from iphone, just pull it out?
I just pull it out. There’s no eject button anywhere
Will it be safe? I’m worried that it will corrupt the files 🫢

same. if you found a solution please let me know, for me it’s urgent because I need space on my phone asap for work and due dates and I spent a lot of money for that piece of crap :‘) I dont know if they do returns- if you found out how to fix the problem please let me know.
