Yay I’m famous
This channel is too addictive. I've given up running to watch running
You're so true. It happened to me as well. Cheers.
I really enjoyed this one. More than most, surprisingly. Laura and Mary come across really well; Laura is so insightful, and you don’t always get that from the athletes themselves. Love it
Really loved this. Zero attitude from Laura and Mary, zero "camera bravado", just solid work and good insights from the chat.
Love it when you film amazing female athletes, brilliant for them to work together so they can challenge each other’s weaknesses! Great Q’s and thanks for always finding out their shoe situations too 😁 Loved this one.
What a great athlete, sad news today that she has decided to retire.wish her good luck in the future . and thanks for the many good memories.watching your career on TV globally. In diamond league and major championship.
We need more female athletes on the channel. Great video btw!
Another top notch video, great workout/fartlek , top quality athletes ( Laura and Mary), interesting insightful conversation, typical english UK weather, damp tarmac.
Brilliant Matt.
Matt, this one is a cracking video. Wonderful to see and hear the two of them up close.
Laura it's nice to see you it's seems ages, and Hi Mary, glad your both working out together makes sense.💞
I’m just loving geeking out with all the training philosophy and shoe chat 🤓🤓
Love this Fartlek! Gotta try it out one day. Great content as always Matt!
Great content from the UK in the recent videos.
Awesome video!!! I love your videos so much. Best on CZcams
Detail! Love it!!! Keep the videos coming!!!
For some reason I still remember Wanjiru.
Fantastic content Matt!! Pure training no BS
RIP Samuel Wanjiru
Incredible athletes, loved this one.
Great Workout Session
Wow I haven’t seen Laura in ages. Good to see her back running
Thanks for sharing this!
Fantastic video. Great athletes just doing their stuff.
Lots of talent in Leeds !
fascinating insight into elite athletes.Thanks
Mary, I'm with you on the Pegs...
Great video! Good to hear Laura's views on footwear for training sessions. I never understood the idea of wearing racing shoes for training. The whole idea of putting on different shoes to race is that they give a boost to the athlete physically and psychologically. you can't get that if yoyu wear them on a regular basis. And for a track runner like Laura, doing a session of this length on a road surface it makes sense to waer something with a bit more protection, surely?
As good as I expected 👍👍👍
We need a Weightman couple
Best Chanel
Matt casually dropping in there he was trained by Steve Ovett!! That’s quality. Do you ever replicate the workouts you film?
Depending how long Should try get brownlees bro’s and other Olympic champ triathletes who all train in Leeds
The best 👌
Is Laura from Leeds? When I went to Sheffield/Leeds I had a hard time understanding their accent but she’s totally understandable. Love seeing all the different places to run in the U.K. and hearing the accents!
Think you'll find Laura is from the north east of England, like coach Cram. Not far from Leeds.
@@ianbarnett5839 Thanks for the clarification!
the Samsung works just great btw!
Looking at the Alphafly is enough to not want to run in it haha...I run in them. They are the best. I don't know what they have to do to make em so ugly I wouldn't run in them anymore...
Leeds Leeds Leeds headingly west park area by looks of it
it’s the famous west park loop
Always love seeing you in the comments Fogdog 🙌
🔥
Do they use an app for interval training? My Garmin dont allow to save different times like this.
I believe higher models have workout creator when you log in to Garmin connect from PC. Not all watches support that though…
@@Morfeusm thank you, I found a video that explain how to set intervals via app. It works really well
😍😍😍
classic english weather
I was hoping to see a snapshot of lunch lol
Key missing element of these videos is the post-workout meals 🤣
They still believe in junk miles ??? Nice for teams like NN Running team. They will never catch up ;)
