One hidden theme in the SCP fictional multiverse that really makes an impression is the balance and often blurry line between good and evil, and the inevitable compromises you have to make for the greater good when your job is protecting all of humanity from the anomalous hidden horrors that exist. The members of the Ethics Committee probably have one of the hardest jobs in the entire Foundation for that reason.
I really love the grainy at-a-distance look at the Guardian.
Althout this video doesn't really fit the Insurgency's MO. It seems more like what a different GOI would do-after all, the garden is the serpent's place.

I'm confused, so who really made the final video compilation itself (in-story ofc) the Foundation or the Chaos Insurgency?
Chaos. My best guess is that after the initial leak, the foundation went through and made an information collection for those who needed it, such as 05 operatives, and the chaos insurgency stole the footage, as it was the only version of their 001 footage that hadn't been destroyed yet.
