    This is very versatile base recipe. Add some spinach and extra milk (I use almond) for a healthy breakfast smoothie on the go.

    Definitely need to start one after the ride, I usually use almond milk.

    I break up my ripe bananas into pieces and store them in the freezer. I use about 1/2 a frozen banana and 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries with 1 cup of skim milk and 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder. Goes great after a 90 minute threshold workout.

    I would say peanut butter is not considered healthy fat 😊 All PUFA
