Watching this now makes my heart ache so badly about how theyre being forced to stay apart for two years... In all their recent content they always mention how badly they miss each other and are waiting for the 2025 reunion even moreso than any fan could

Pouring your heart out to a friend and being sentimental while being filmed for millions of people to watch afterwards will definitely make you feel some type of way. 😂 There's been a few times where tae has asked the staff directly: "Will we be reading our letter outloud to army? Will our letters be posted online?" etc etc because i'm sure they don't want too many personal and private moments revealed.. it's not for us to hear honestly but bless them for sharing. 💜Anyways the members constantly build each other up, are always supportive, and you'll never see them try to outshine the other. Really sweet bond. This is making me miss bon voyage. :')

That one around the bonfire where Taehyung did his No Big Deal poem is a Run BTS....around the 50 ish episode I believe. I don't remember exactly the episode. But they all did a letter 😊
I believe it was episode 56 or 57 but I too and not sure, it’s apart of the shows were they start out grocery shopping and Jin has to play a game for ice cream, then they play badminton, then the last part is the part where they read their letters.
The guys have said they don’t normally say this gushy stuff on the daily, but just by working hard together and actions like taking care of each other, consider each other’s thoughts/feelings, physical touch, etc. is how they show their love. it’s actually kind of an Asian thing to show love through everything, not necessarily by saying I love you. But I actually think that it’s because it’s front of everyone that they are sharing these sweet/sentimental type of things. I’m glad that the shows they were on give them the opportunity to say what they’re thinking of each other, just ‘cause they just need to hear it out loud. Jimin had once said something like that during Bon Voyage 2, like sometimes you just need to hear it/say it out loud even though they should know they feel that way for each other.
I love how they are just each other’s safe place.Everyone needs that space to just be able to be themselves comfortably and completely.

They didn’t always get along. Jimin and V had a love hate relationship, but they worked hard to put themselves in each other shoes. Sharing a house with 7 strangers, under that stress, it’s crazy they survived. They are thoughtful and their parents raised them to be respectful of others.
They worked hard to reflect before reacting.they grew into adults learning that what’s best for the group is ultimately what is best for that individual too. Yet, they encouraged each other to speak their truth. They had to trust each other to have each others best interests at heart. Their experiences, them against the world, the same dream, the same lifestyle, only they would understand each other best.
It does work cuz there is 7. They can pick and choose who to see or vent to based off their needs. Or at least one of them will notice if another struggles.
They are family. The love is a given. I don’t say I love you to my sisters that straight forward or that sentimental. It’s usually playful or before leaving each other. It’s normal but not often said in front of a group. Plus, Suga is known for his tsundre attitude and it’s his charm.
Jimin and Tae always got along, their lil arguments were mostlt before debut and due to them being same-age friends :)

I don't know if it's just shyness so much as shyness + the lingering vestiges of the toxic masculinity & stoicism that exists in nearly everyone's experience of growing up.
Korean culture is inclusive of same-gender affection - it's tied together with loose separation of the genders through childhood. Notice how there are Idol boy groups & girl groups, but VERY few co-ed groups? Korean culture is traditionally Confucian, i.e. conservative, so while brotherly/sisterly expressions of physical affection are okay, it exists alongside notions of machismo & manliness that are familiar to us Westerners. Expressions of love are saddled with an implied sense of childishness/effeminacy.
We've seen that the members of BTS were mostly in line with those cultural norms when they were teenagers, then gradually evolved to be less concerned with traditional gender roles. I think what we see now is just the differences between seven individuals with different upbringings & therefore different comfort levels with physical & verbal expressions of love.
I miss them so much but thanks God they're almost coming home❤

it´s their own personalities it also depend on the situation. if they have to talk about sweet things like they did on the show it´s to cringe because all attention is on that one member. but like the speech V did he made it fun while saying sweet things so that was okay.
