Excellent like my friend :)
awesome informative video bro like 2
very nice video
this is an excellent video and you did a fantastic job on this one my friend :)
Mobile 1 has the best cold temperature pour rating and keeps the engine cooler during heat cycle testing. I also use Mystery Oil in my gas and oil on my mower every oil change. My motor is a Eager One 6.75hp and its going to be 20 years old this year and still runs strong every season. Mobile One is an excellent oil and I only use non ethanol 93 octane in it. I only have done 1 carb full uninstall & clean in the lifetime of my mower and use Stabil Marine cleaner and gas stabilizer in it towards the end of each season. Who says your small engine can't last 20 years or more...
Sounds like one lucky engine! It’s a shame everyone can’t be as dedicated as you in taking care of their equipment!
Interesting
Rich! Hey buuuudeeee! I haven’t touched a lawnmower in Years! #condoliving. 🐼🐾🤣
I used Walmart 30w lawn mower oil (no longer available) in my push mower on a 95 degree day and after shutdown the piston seized to the cylinder wall. I used my foot on the blade to break it loose. It smoked for awhile on restart but eventually cleared up. I changed the oil using the same oil to run and flush it. I then started using Valvoline VR1 20w50 in hot weather. I had no more problems. I use that or VR1 in 40 or even 50W in other small engine apps. in hot weather with no more issues.
Probably why they discontinued it 😎
@@NameItBuildIt Maybe, but suspect it was because small engines are calling for 10w30 now days. A big mistake I think. Oil get very hot in the engines in the summer and I don't need another seized engine. I got lucky and didn't lose the engine . . .this time. I even was using Marvel Mystery oil in the gas. In June I put 50w VR1 in my portable generator until Oct. I am done with wimpy weight oils in this and lawn mower apps.
I use HD-30 motor Oil.
Could I use 10w30 Acdelco full synthetic oil on a Craftsman Briggs & Stratton 6.75 Hp lawnmower? Would appreciate your help
You can, but I would not use anything less than Mobil1 😎
Your information is excellent
thank you 😎
Like the name of your channel. Looks like you can build everything! :D Like from new supporter. See you around :)
Thank you !
@@NameItBuildIt :)
Can you top off the oil in push mowers or should I drain it then fill? Thanks!
Always drain completely then fill. That is an oil change. 😎
Castrol GTX 10w30 non synthetic is good for a Briggs and stratton 10 Hp in a Coleman Generator of 5000 watts?
I would use Mobil1 or Castrol Synthetic. 😎
@@NameItBuildIt thanks bro!
Can I use regular 5w30 or 10w 30 motor oil non synthetic in my briggs and stratton push mower ?
You can use whatever you want, but at this point in time synthetic is only a few dollars more than regular and there are so many more benefits that it just doesn't make sense to use regular. 😎
@@NameItBuildIt thank u
you’re welcome 😎
Can u put synthetic oil in a brand new mower during the break in period??
I would use whatever the manufacturer recommends. 😎
Anyone use 15w50 on vanguard zero turn motor? Says in the manual vanguard 15w50 can be used. I'd rather go mobil 1 to save money
I have a gxv160 Honda, is 10w30 Ok? Do you use car engine oil/sae?
Car oil is what I’m using. Just get the same mobile one synthetic that I use in this video. 😎
@@NameItBuildIt thanks I always thought there is 10w30 oil specifically for 4 Stroke engine, im changing my oil tomorrow hopefully
Car engines and small motors are both 4 cycle 😎 You are thinking of 2 cycle engine which mix fuel with gas being different. There is oil specially formulated for small engines but Mobil 1 and redline will be better than anything else out there. Any car synthetic will work great, Amzoil is great too, but if you are spending that much money just go with redline. If not Mobil 1 for everything. 😎
@@NameItBuildIt excellent thanks, its hard to get redline here in nz if you do they're over price, tipically we use castrol, penrite, valvoline, shell, amsoil is expensive here in nz, mobile oil we don't get the good stuff for cheap like you guys
mobil
I have 500E series 140cc lawn mover. Can you recommned the engine oil because I have lost my manual ?
I would call the company. Most use what I use in the video.
Is my mower oil supposed to be brownish black
Oil starts out a golden yellow. As you use the engine and it gets dirty, it turns brown then black. If it is you should change it.
Superb upload dear friend new friend join ur channel 👌👌👌 big like 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
