I know this is old but I'll answer it anyway. The Blue chassis is a Ralt RT41 Formula Atlantic by the looks. Former Toyota Atlantic car from the mid-late 90s with Carbon Fiber tub and built 4AGE 1600 engine. Differs from the 40 visually with the Vee'd cockpit opening. The red car appears to be a F1000. Tube frame 1 liter Suzuki, Kawasaki etc bike engines
