JDM World I was an audio engineer in my first life, so maybe I can help. Here are some tools that will be your best friend: Compressor - When done properly, your overall loudness is raised because you are closing the gap between your loudest and quietest sounds. EQ - Shape your sound. 6K boost brightens and adds some presence. Depending on how much bass in your voice, you can cut or boost low end frequencies. This also depends on how close you are to your mic (proximity effect). Gate - Quiet down background noise, buzzing, fan noise, etc. Seriously, Those three tools will drastically transform your sound once you get them dialed In properly. It took me a while to learn everything, but with CZcams and all the forms out there, you can learn in no time. Give me a holler if you have any questions.

I am thinking about the GH4 to keep my budget in check used. Even a Sony RX-10ii used to keep my budget in budget. I love my SL-2 but want more. The GH4 gives lots of possibilities, and the RX10ii says done including ND filter now mic up and Headphone up and get to work. Kind of been doing that with the SL-2 Canon. I still will use the Canon, but it is the next step for my fledgling new channel hopefully soon. I watch you and Lok all the time. I don't have the finance flexibility you guys do or connections. Working on that. Great video on what is possible. I may look into your recommendations. Nice video!

But the problem is that all the CZcams growth hacking gurus say that you have to make videos for your audience, not yourself. You have to find out what they want, then give it to them, consistently, frequently, forever. Or you'll never blow up. Even the CZcams algorithm endorses this theory. However, you're one of the few creators who has the power to defeat the algorithm because you have a super power. Your personality (personal brand) is so strong that it over-rides the algorithm. You could make videos about your navel and still win. This is very impressive and underlines the importance of focusing on personal brand and charisma and star power...rather than production value or niche.
