    While practicing we always need to be aware of what we feel in the body.
    The actions and the reactions. This predominantly seated twisting practice will allow you to focus on stability while the twisting action will bring you upward and inward to sense and absorb the subtle movements and how your body, your breath, and your mind react. Stay with the breath and the quietness within as you activate.
