I have been doing Anna's stretching since April time 2020. And now because of her I can do the splits and just like you I couldnt touch my toes and now I am a lot more flexible thanks to Anna. Keep trying and you will become super flexible ❤

I'm so happy to see this! Not only have I been procrastinating on doing this challenge for a long time, but I am also quite busy. I'm so glad to see someone actually showing the full 30 days! Everybody is just doing it for 1 day and judging based off of that. Great job!

ahhh I need to try this! I used to be SUPER flexible and of course, lost it all, but nothing feels better than a super deep stretch. your results were so inspiring!

im also a self taught contortionist, ive only ever done dance and gymnastics. ive never taken a contortionist class in my life but just stretching at home and at gymnastics and dance for me helped me get a lot of flexibility. in a years time i got too a advanced leg/hip level and intermediate/advances back flexibility.
i was born with more flexible hamstrings so i can’t really understand what your going through with that. in understand the back flexibility though, that was my struggle, my back was a literal stick lol. your doing good! goodluck and you’ve got this girl

the whole body soreness is completely normal! I have been self taught contortionist like anna since i was 7 until now. so yeah ive felt the pain before and it was really just normal. keep up! youll get flexible soon! ❤

I am a guy and do this for BJJ. I was very inflexible and started doing Yogatx beginner yoga for the inflexible. And now I am doing Anna’s beginner stretch and have increased my flexibility and has helped my jiu jitsu.
I'm a girl who has done BJJ for ages and even when I started, I ended up surprising people with my ability just because of flexibility (not that I was great, ha). It's such an important skill and I am sure you are going to keep excelling. After all, it's hard to pin someone who can twist away!
Thanks for sharing! One reco I would make is it would be really helpful if you could do a split screen or embed the original "before" footage on top of your results. Would really make the results seem more dramatic!

I love this I’m challenging myself to get my back flexibility and leg flexiblity in 7 days seeing this really motivated me
This was such a cool idea! I used to do dance and be super flexible but it all went away so now I really wanna try this!!

good job. just a suggestion, engage your core keep it tight almost suck in, it's feel as if your pelvis is trying to reach your belly button, from then fold over as if your head want to go past your feets and straighten your back, that way you ensure that your legs are working and stretching both from the tendons and the strength if you round your back you'll be more prone to use your upper body strength which it's very rare to injure yourself doing that but more than that it stop you from getting you full potential. Also when your do the pike/frontal split roll your pelvis forward that have an explanation that i can't recall but it's has to do with the bones and joints when you roll forward you allow the stretch to happen on your hips

I’m literally shocked by it!!!!! I definitely suggest it’s only 9 min a day! Feels so good to stretch once you’re no longer as tight as I was 😂 like my body is actually cracking now when I stretch

Oh My God talk about Anna being pleasant. She is like the most pleasant CZcamsr I have met. She is calm and enjoyable. She does not give all those motivation talks throughout the video. I'm not saying motivation is bad, but it gets quite annoying at times especially in stuff like workout videos. I hope you understand.

And also, if you really look forward to getting more flexible. Please try longer stretching routines. I know it's hard but no pain no gain.
