I just want to tell u that I am doing Anna's stretching routine since lockdown and before lockdown I even can't do a backbend but after doing Anna's these all stretching routines now I am Soo flexible I have got my teardrop backbend, scorpion, middle splits and over splits !

Before quarantine, I was probably the least flexible person in the country, and then I saw a contortionist on Cirque de Soleil and I was like "Oh my gosh, I want to do that!" To start my expedition, I searched up "Easy Beginner Streches to be Really Flexible" When that search ran, I clicked on the second video. It was Anna's. I did those streches for about a week and I got my splits! Then I moved on to intermediate streches and now I can do: a scorpion, backbend, 200° oversplit, a chair backbend, a bridge on my knees and elbows, I can almost do a teardrop backbend, and I can probably do a cheststand, but my mother doesn't let me lol. Anyway, thank you so much, Anna.
Update from one month later: I can do a teardrop!
Update from four months later: I can do a needle!
Update from 8 months later: I lost my teardrop
That's so cool and really inspiring! I'm also a new subscriber and I'm going to do these stretches daily. Hopefully I'll get flexible too! (I'm sure I will. I am a totally inflexible person but Anna can change LIVES!)

@@soaibaelmy8386 This one is good, but I started off with czcams.com/video/Lvf7iLQ2-iM/video.html Make sure to practice going as deep into your split as you can after you do one of those routines. When you get your split, move on to practice wall splits. Also, if you're not sweating by the end of the routine, do it again.

@@BANGTANSTV_ so the best thing to do first and what i did was try to get my left splits and cart wheel because they are easy and if you gain the ability to those things you can exceed more. So stretch every single day and do not miss one day or the streak might be lost

Day 1: pretty good couldn't do alot of them but I feel happy😌 that I've started this workout/stretching challenge!Hope to succeed!:D 🧸💕🌈
Day 2: somehow I feel like I've gotten worser but feel less sore then yesterday🐢 and felt quite long hope to see some big changes to this but I'll keep trying!🧸
Day 3: alright gotten better at a few but at the same time have gotten worser the workout also feels shorter now I've gotten kinda used to it🍡 also feel better but not much of a difference but it's only been a couple of days so gotta be patient!✨💕
Day 4: I feel MUCH better and I've actually seen some progress even in a couple of days my flexibility has gone better!💘🌻And I can do a move I've never thought I would have been able to do:)🌷 so I'm really happy!Can't wait to see some EVEN more bigger changes in my flexability in the future!🍭
Day 5: Today I have been able to get even deeper in some of my stretches and have improved a bit!💓I've also been quite distracted today though while doing this stretch if I'm being honest!:)💝 I hope tomorrow I'll be less distracted and I will try to!So yeah so far this stretch has made me a tiny bit more flexible I've already seen some changes!!!😌🍭🌈🌈
Day 6: so today I was distracted and well and if I'm honest didn't do that good but completed it whitch is good!💖 Tomorrow will officially be my first week completed of this workout/stretching challenge so yeah I'm happy and tomorrow I will work EVEN harder🩰 as it's 1 week completed!🧸🌈💝
Day 7: AHHH IT'S BEEN A WHOLE WEEK!!!🥺🌺WOOO I have OFFICIALLY completed a whole week of stretching eek so yay!:)🙄I'm so happy rn doe as I normally just give up after a day so YASSSS! LOL-💓 AND I've seen some VERY big changes and I've been able to get deeper in my stretches and now kinda know how to do some of the advanced!🧸🩰😌🛍️
Day 8: This stretch seemed WAY easier and went way quicker compared to the first couple of days!💖And I've actually seen some progress now from the first day to now so I'm really happy!!🧁🩰✨ I've gotten deeper stretches now and not just doing this to be skinny or to be fit and more flexible I'm doing it cuz I LIKE it and it's good for me!!:D🧸🛍️🌈💓
Day 9: WOW it's already been 9 days I thought this was the 8th day!🎠I'm really proud of myself recently I've been able to do some of the advanced stretches and sometimes in-between begginer and advance!!!☀️🦄💘💘I've also gotten way depper into my stretches and they're hurting whitch means I know I've done it right whitch is good!!!:D🧁😌🧸
Day 10: Yay officially TEN whole days COMPLETED!🍧Only 5more days until it's half way done so WEEE AND YAYA LOLL!💖🩰😌 I don't have much to say about this day just good and normal so yeah lol but I'm really happy I started this stretch!!!:)💝🎠🧁
Day 11: Today's petty normal/average I just think I need to work on my Ballance more as I kept falling!🌺BUT aside from that u did do some stretches I thought I would never be able to do at the start!!!🐢🧁🥺💝But I don't really have anything else to say about today so yeah!:)🧸
Day 12: I did good but my balance was TERRIBLE so that's definitely something to improve/work on!!:)🧸💓But my stretches were good/normal Nothing MAJOR accomplished YET!🙄🩰Hope to improve though!!!!☘️

Anna, thank you so much for your practices 🙏 When I was 11 years old I made professional ballet, and went to gymnastic classes 3 times a week. But later I lost interest in ballet, and the gymnastics canceled because of the quarantine. Now I am 12.5 years old, and I lost almost all of the flexibility that I had. But I decided that I still want to be flexible, and your practices help me get my flexibility back ❤️
