It's possible he gets Zenkais here and there but would still end off just behind Vegeta. After Namek there's really two ways it could go. Either Nappa adopts the drive to grow stronger like Goku and Vegeta or he doesn't. If he does he'd likely stay behind Vegeta and wouldn't make much difference to the story but could eventually end up with SSJ Blue. If he doesn't adopt the drive to get stronger he might end up reaching SSJ or SSJ2 but would fall alongside Piccolo around the time Cell absorbs 17 likely never to regain footing as a high tier Z Warrior like Goku, Vegeta, and Gohan.

The future one healed up the pieces and crafted new organs for freeza. The old one couldn't even regrow vegeta tail. Fixing a spine might be over its capabilities.

Option 2. would be nappa lays there until he sees vegeta's power ball. Then he turns into a great ape. Still very injured but able to stand. He would likely turn on vegeta due to vegeta trying to blow up the planet while he was on it.

Nappa dies on Namek. He’s tryna stick to helping Vegeta and makes his way to killing a bunch of Namekians while some actually put up a decent fight n while staying away from Friezas men. He eventually finds out about Guru hoping to get the dragonballs faster and flies there. He thinks like most of the others he can make Nail out to fodder but gets blasted. Plain and simple

I was thinking differently. Nappa stays in the floor paralyzed and everything goes the same and napa stay in earth paralyzed during the entire namick saga. And right before the android saga he starts to attack planet earth but Vegeta kills him because Bulma is already pregnant.

I'd argue that Frieza didnt send for them to go to Earth in the first place. Raditz went because he remembered Kakarot was sent there, and Vegeta came because of the Dragon Balls.
