I use a bag of fresh spinach, chop it fairly finely...better texture I find.
Also I add the can of water chestnuts...makes the flavor profile more complete 👍

@@RaoulDukeSr Ooooh, that’s sounds great!! Why didn’t I think of that. The next time I make the dip I’m going to use the fresh spinach. I also use the water chestnuts along with the green onion. 😊
