Thank you!!! I quartered your recipe. Also using freeze dried chived and onions instead of green onions as that is what i have on hand. Very good. Not the same as my spinach artichoke dip...but more camping friendly and cheaper. Thank you
@@evydarling Goes great with Roasted/Garden Vegetable crackers. Grew up using Vegetable Thins crackers, but then they disappeared for years and came back not as good and a lot harder to actually find so my go-to cracker for it now is Roasted Vegetable Ritz.

Where did you get the recipe from? Was it on the back of the Knorr vegetable mix packet?
It used to be, now you have to go to the website, even though the back of the package shows a picture of it, it only has the recipe for the soup.
