I don’t put cream in this recipe because we want it to be thick because it’s a dip but if we were making cream spinach, you would use cream

5:07 So I don’t like that you started with the garlic. When garlic is cooked in oil too long like you cooked it it becomes bitter and awful tasting. You should have began with the onion and added the garlic to it for like 1 minute only…
