A new Winter Storm had formed from the West and now its moving to the Northeast. Winter Storm Garrett is dumping only 3-8 inches of snow in the Mid-Atlantic. After the storm makes a punch, the cold front would sweep much of the Midwest to the South and some of the Ohio Valley.
