What’s funny is that there were some iron hands who were corrupted by, I think, the sapphire king! They might have decided to side with Vashtorr in the warp after the daemon’s defeat.

Its very slow process for them. Not all of them wer turned to dust, but their numbers are the smallest out of all traitors
Question: can a space marine (pre and post heresy) request fighting for a different legion? After all The World Eaters HAD psykers but then Angron did his thing and killed them due to his headaches or forcing them to get the butchers nails, which also killed them. I think this was in the book Betrayer.

Not if he gets too spiritual. At that point, their interest will come and go. Aside from that, they still follow Perturabo, although he does not have a 40k model.
They are. I use fellhammer and Vashtorr honestly starts feeling like a primarch there. Whereas....he's a flavor piece in his own detachment. Shame really.

Oh bud I understand where you’re coming from, but I’m gonna give it more time. Honestly Vashtorr’s command over machines combined with Perty’s obliterator virus would be a nightmare for Tyranids. Remember, iron warriors infected a nid bioship and turned it into a Titan carrier. If enough of that virus was made to infect a tyranid hive fleet fast enough to outpace their ability to adapt, Vashtorr and Perturabo have a horde to break down for parts, modify with weapons or turn into demon engines!
Huh, if only Vashtorr was good on the tabletop. He seems like a fascinating character.
he's a lot better than before, doesn't die as easily and causes weapons that shoot at him become hazardous

He's better than a daemon prince. Without or withour wings. Faster, tougher, hits harder, and actually has some punishing abilities.
Even if a unit or model splits fires, that forces a hazard check on all their weapons.
I smell a rework coming!!!!!
