?this story hits home..my neighbor was just like this dude.He was an illegal,strung out on cocaine,Marijuana and alcohol...he deliberately tried to run me over with his car while I stood in my front yard.before he did the act,he followed me to the gas station.This is how I knew it was no mistake.
