Bob Einstein was a comeadic legend. I grew up watching the "Super Dave" bits, and always got a great laugh out of his deadpan style delivery of his jokes.
They left out his best one: A man goes to the doctor and the doctor says, "I have some bad news and some worse news." "What's the bad news?" the man asks. "You have AIDS." the doctor says "Aww man, that's horrible. What's the worse news?" "You also have Alzheimers." The man lets out an exhale and says, "Well at least I don't have AIDS."
@@knwr whoa I didn’t know that part… too bad joe rogan wasn’t around he could have mencia’d 3 more careers because his yelling style of comedy is a one time view
Except Norm did the joke 4 years earlier, I had to check because he reacts like he hasn't even heard it before, let alone having done the best rendition of it ever. That just shows how true to the art form he was, he didn't taint Superdave's joke at any point by saying I've heard it or hey I did it on Conan years ago. Incredible.
@@ritwikrobviously that’s part of the joke It’s very wholesome that you two are mentally handicapped and like Norm simply for the basic face value of his jokes
His delivery is fantastic but the quality of the gags are true genius. The "That's not a canoe, that's your reflection" and the "Who's Bob?" bits are based around visual imagery. I'm taking note of that.
I miss him, and Norm! Legends gone too soon. Could listen to either of these guys talk for hours, and when they were together it was a hilarious train wreck🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 RIP
Man, it's not the fact she was going on and on endlessly. But she's literally not saying anything. Bob's body language from 0:08 to 0:15 says it all lol
Yeah she was going on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on endlessly for 15 seconds. Literally said nothing. Not a single word endlessly for 15seconds
That's literally a dumb comment. She was literally saying how fun and casual the curb set is compared to other sets which is literally one of the big selling points of the show. Literally!
That first one was hilarious cus if u watched the whole thing, Cheryl was just going on and on and it started to get boring then Einstein just out of nowhere "Wanna hear a joke?"
His voice makes them so much more hilarious
Dre
Him telling the talking dog joke saying ROOF was hysterical on the norm Macdonald podcast
@@Grim528Dave freaking on norm for the rascist gold chains joke!😂😂😂
No one could deadpan a joke like, Bob. Amazing delivery everytime.
Rest in Peace, Super Dave
Xoxo
He’s Bob because his parents named him Albert. Now I know where he got his comedic genes from.
Albert was his brother, who changed his last name to Brooks. Another very funny man.
Well, other than Norm Macdonald. Norm and Bob were best friends, so I’m pretty sure Norm got most of his jokes from Bob, 😂.
0:14 look how bored Dave was 🤣🤣🤣🤣
People underestimate how well Bob told street jokes.

I love how that joke seemed to piss most of the cast off, genious
Larry looked in a filthy mood!!
That insurance joke was GOLD 😂😂
RIP DAVE AND NORM
All of these jokes are comedy gold! 🤣🤣
Bob had an incredible amount of food on his plate while telling that last joke . 😆
That first joke I knew the punchline and still laughed. So well told.
Norm took the moth joke and made it his own 👌🏻
Yes he did I noticed that too
That was before the podcast
Colin Quinn told him the moth joke before this even. He talks about it on his book tour.

That Arab in the desert joke and the way he told it was so good

It's an amazing joke..
I love how Jerry is laughing at how Bob is setting up the joke, long before the punchline.

The audio quality on this is exceptional.
😂
Nah that's just how he sounds
Bob was so damn great, he was the first guy to be on CICHC twice!!! shows how much Jerry thought of him
I think you mean CICGC*
Jerry is the master at clapping and laughing at joke set-ups. It really overshadows his silent laugh at the punch-line.
Bob: "the arab's face is burning"
Jerry: *wheezing and slapping the table*
That was Jerry's actual reaction to the liver joke. First take.
Kudos to Jerry for acting like he never heard those jokes before
Jerry and Fallon are the worst "fake laughers"
When you know what’s coming and he’s telling it, it’s even funnier. That’s part of his schtick (which I love).
Supposedly he didn’t know that cunt is in the sink joke was coming when they shot the scene for curb
Seinfeld fakes laughter a lot but he does genuinely laugh some times. You gotta pay attention
That was Jerry's actual reaction to the liver joke. First take.
"I wasn't expecting it to be so revolting"
To this day I can't get over the radio guys that played the music after every joke. They're so insecure that they can't just let a joke sit.
Maybe it’s just me, but I thought it was funny. It was just so absurd, I didn’t expect it lol
Johnny B was a personality, he was beloved in chicago. Super Dave appeared in studio and phone. Love you, Buzz!
Saw Super Dave's skits as a "stunt man" decades ago (1980's). Had no idea he was a comedian as well until today. Go figure.
That lineup show was dying, and had been for some time. Einstein came to the rescue from out of nowhere.
