Today, let’s check out the recipe for 2 yummilicious Faloodas: A kerala style fruit falooda and A Royal Falooda. Also, since summers are officially here, I am planning to make a series for Summer time drinks, desserts and dishes in general. Do give these recipes a try and let me know in comments.

Ingredients:
Kerala Fruit Falooda:
Jelly (prepared as per packet) as needed
Falooda sev/ Vermicelli (boiled) as needed
Sabja seeds/ Chia seeds (soaked in water) as needed
Mixed fruits as needed
(I used mango, grapes, apple, pineapple and bananas)
Condensed Milk 3 tbsp
Mixed nuts as needed
(I used cashew, almonds, black & golden raisins)
Ice cream 2-3 scoops
(I used Strawberry & Vanilla)
Strawberry syrup 3 tbsp
Cornflakes 4-5 tbsp
Cherry 1
Royal Falooda:
Rose syrup/ Rooh Afza 5 tbsp
Milk (boiled) 1 cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Jelly (prepared as per packet) as needed
Falooda sev/ Vermicelli (boiled) as needed
Sabja seeds/ Chia seeds (soaked in water) as needed
Ice cream (I used Vanilla) 2-3 scoops
Nuts to garnish
