There will never be another Mike Tyson… What a fantastic journey it’s been.
There will never be another Mike Tyson ??? I'M HERE !
There will be many mike tysons.. he's never beat any of the top fighter of his era
I totally agree @leonardosamuel5360 👍
@@Shizzymac23_ this doesnt make any sense
I grew up with Mike Tyson and seeing him evolve as a man has honestly been so inspirational. I love that man.
Also Jim Gray is one of the real ones.
2:36 just realized. theres NEVER any big a-lister names on any boxing events nowadays. only for Mayweather - pacman in 2015. and conor-floyd a few.
@@Kigoz4Life the last card that there was in saudi arabia actually was insane. All the legendary boxers were there.
That’s cool to see that change in real life
Awesome statement
Mike was always a gentle giant on the inside and I'm glad he made it through the storm 🙏🏽🥊
Me too. My son and I always prayed for him.
I can't believe this is the end of an era😢❤Showtine Boxing had some epic fights and I will miss the vibes🥊
Hurts like when HBO went off air also 😢3 titans of the sport
I feel sorry for this generation, that they don’t have what we had, and the pure excitement and entertainment Tyson brought to us. What a time and I’m truly grateful for Mr. Tyson and Mr. Gray. Thank you.
Mike Tyson “you know Jim , I don’t know why I say the shit I say”😂😂😂
The baddest Man on the Planet………& Mike Tyson 😂😂😂😂
Theres a calmness about Iron Mike at his age now. Hes a real elder.
its the thc
HBO had Mike at his very best athletic ability but showtime cashed in on him better.
Jim Gray loves Mike, understands how it was all able to unravel the way it it did, understands how truly great Mike was as an athlete but how the leeches and homies got to him and helped destroy him yet he still saw the good in Mike beyond the turmoil and crazy rants and for them to be great friends today is a testament to the kind of human fabric both men are made of. Jim always told Mike the truth and Mike as a nearly 60 year old has for once in his life someone that would tell him straight but still love him unconditionally, that is friendship.❤
There's just something about the true honesty of Mike. That nothing can compare to it. Thank you for all the great moments CHAMP.💯🤘🏼🇺🇸
Mike, you made Cus as well as everyone back home here in Catskill prouder than you even know. Love ya Champ 🥊
I grew up with Mike and seeing him grow as a man is inspiring ASF 💪🏾🙏🏾
You grew up with your family u watched Mike in tv chill out😂😂😂
Never actually realized how many iconic moments they made together! God Bless these Men 💯🙌
May the Lord reveal Himself to Mike Tyson
What an incredible Bond, thank you both Mike and Jim for the memories and thank you Showtime!
The rawness of of Mike's life. Always brings his honesty to light . Be at peace brother . 🙏🏽

Damn... that second time Mike solemnly uttered "Showtime" really hit home for me.
What a time it was 😢❤
yeah i was wondering what was in his mind when he said that, it seemed like he was reflecting on something.
this is the level of class that the ufc could never touch
UFC is still in its early stage. It will improve and evolve under a new leadership in the next 10-15 years.
A bunch of wannabe gangsters yes I agree
Ariel Helwani already has this. If you mean you won't see a video like this about Dana, you are correct. But Jim isn't in Dana's position.
I luv Mike Tyson, he’s my favorite heavyweight boxer of all time
Classy video to end Showtime on 👌🏻
Mikes favorite way to start a Conversation “hey listen”
😅👌
"You know what Jim? I don't know why I say the sh I say" - Mike Tyson
Perfect 😆👍
LMAO 😂... Spinal. That shit forever cracks me up
I'm so glad I grew up in this awesome era of boxing in the 90s. Watching Tyson as a kid was one of my highlights he was box office and exciting. Youngsters watch the heavyweight division today don't realise how awful it really is.
It's not even close .. 100% agree . Their is no real truly great exciting heavyweight boxers , like their were in the 90's . And not the same atmosphere to the fights , when the talent left boxing the UFC took over and is the only reason they are the main fighting attraction today .
What a great relationship the two of them have. I am so sad to see Showtime boxing hang up its hat. Boxing has been such a big part of my life. So many great fights!
Find someone who loves you like Jim loves Mike Tyson.
I could sit with Mike and just listen for hours and hours and goes and not say a word . The man could reach and teach so many people so may things .
You would never think these 2 guys are close friends and have a tight bond that was awesome to see they both have a deep respect for 1 another 🥊💯.
There's a sadness to Mike but I'm so happy he's found the peace he deserved after years of turmoil.
I love jim , that’s one classy & solid dude
He’s one of my favourites in boxing.
Brilliant watch
Never a dull moment with Mike
Hell of a ride it was👊
Mike is a real human being, and it’s been an honour to watch his life journey as a fan from a far. He’s transcended himself so many times and keep evolving as a man.
Jim is an icon as well!!!
This will make a grown man cry. Love both of these great men. All my respects to the both of you and, Showtime #Boxing
Prime should hire a few of the guys from showtime to present and call.
I’ve been watching Tyson since 1st grade, he’s proof that life goes on and people changed but you should never be defined by your past .
This is special. That last minute made me
Cry like a baby 😢❤too goats
I love tyson I'm 45 years old and just miss all the good times watching him in my 20s..😢me up.
This brings back so many memories!!!
There’s nothing like boxing…I don’t know what is next for the sport but whatever the next chapter holds I hope it’s for the good of the fighter. Never forget the fighters…
Man what a duo to end the Showtime era with ..... 😢 Thank you both for all the years of incredible entertainment ❤️
Great heart warming interview 🥲
Also got to grow up seeing that generation of boxing, thank you Showtime thank you Mike and Jim for bringing me close to the ring in the comfort of my own living room. Like Mike, we will never see another.
Literally anyone can draw inspiration from Mike Tyson. Life will beat you down in every way, like he said nobody thought he’d still be living 20 yrs ago, no matter where you are in life or what you go through it’s always a light at the end of the tunnel if you just keep moving forward
This shit has been so sad no more HBO now no more Showtime really reflects the world. It's all slowly winding down, the best is all behind us now
This is the most beautiful thing I've seen. How blessed were we to witness the journey. God bless them both!!!
That was beautiful.
Watching Mike Tyson become the person he is today is truly amazing. What a ride. I have met Mike twice over the years and he is always gracious.
I broke my back interview is hilarious AF! so many legendary interviews! lol Tyson quotes are iconic!
Is it just me or does anyone else watch and listen to mike and smile the entire time. I get a buzz still watching his fights right from the early cus days to now. Hes a human rollercoaster a legend a gentleman a warrior and a success🏆💪
50 year old fella here, grew up watching all mikes fights, love him, proud to say I welled up in the last minute of this interview - beautiful
Mike's and Jim are great
"I'm just happy that we're friends like we are now. Thats all that matters." Yessir. Wisdom.

This touched my heart :) it´s nice to see that it dosen´t matter where you from when you connecting with somebody you connect regardless of the differences you guys have.
Those are true real tears that can't be hidden, God Bless them both!
This friendship was the reason we had many iconic moments of THE Mike Tyson. It was truly a great showtime🎥rolling out the legend iron mike tyson🙌
What a lovely bond iconic
Best boxer. Ever. What a great man. Absolute legend.
Good seeing the throw back of these 2 from when they were young to now at their older age
GOAT
Mike has humbled himself .
I have been a fan of Mike since I was maybe 10 years old, I'm 48 now. Seeing this stuff makes me superemotional. To know we lived through his era, his relationships, what he achieved and did outside the ring. And to see him today, how he is now and how many people he has inspired. Love you Mike.
this man teaches me to keep fighting,
This is beautiful such a humble peaceful interview ❤❤
Fantastic piece @Showtime Sports, absolute TV Gold. Thank you for rekindling these amazing memories.
Jim Gray always annoyed me as a post-fight guy. He was douchey. I'm a Larry Merchant guy. But I'll give it to him. He seemed genuinely moved and the respect is mutual from both men. I grew up with Tyson. He was my Ali and I cried when he lost to Buster Douglas. I agree with Mike when he said if you'd know him 30 years ago, you woulda never thought he'd make it this far. I remember several times thinking he was gonna off himself, but I'm glad he didn't. I'm glad he discovered the toad and it mellowed and enlightened him. Thanks for all the memories, Iron Mike.
What a great interview!
Couple of great dudes right here. Mike is a legend and so is Jeff. The world needs both of them.
Going to miss Showtime boxing. Thanks for sharing this beautiful segment from two legends.
Iron Mike Tyson 🥊 is the Man forget the rest💯🤜🏽🤛🏽✊🏽💣💥
U can feel the genuine love
The ending brought a lump to my throat 😢. Love you too mike - wow
Wow! I wish this episode is longer. I was emotional watching mike and jim sharing their stories.
Wow I love Jimmy Gray and Seeing Mike Tyson and him reflect back and reminicse over the old times brought a tear to my eye man. I love showtime network forever! and the reporters and interviewers that are in the game cause of passion and not to defame fighters
Wow, this was amazing.
Jim✊🥊 Tyson 🥊✊ LEGENDS ✊
"I didn't let myself die, I killed myself"
I felt that way harder than I thought I would
I grew up watching Mike Tyson. I’m old enough to remember the night he became the youngest heavyweight champ ever. Watching his evolution as man is inspirational and such a blessing. Let’s you know, as long as you’re living, you have another day to make positive changes! Much respect and continued success to the great Mike Tyson!
Love you guys both, two absolutely goats 🐐 🐐
Very cool emotional moments. That pathway we each walk and being able to look back and share. Ka mau te wehi, awesome! Gary H
Beautifully true brotherhood
Two legends
Great video, Jim Gray and Mike Tyson!
Tyson was truly a once in a lifetime talent
He still is
Lovely to see the friendship and respect here🙂
Well done 👏.
I love that man he’s an absolute gent
Years ago I meet Mike Tyson in a club in LA. I asked him to take a pic and he said you can take as many pics as you want but first I staying with us. You partying with me tonight. I was 20 years old. He had 4 beautiful ladies with him but one of them was the best of the best looking girl. He seen me staring at her and talking with her a lot of the night and he asked me, “would you like her to stay with you the nite”? Long story short the next morning I woke up with her in my hotel room but I never got the picture. A few years later I was watching I video of Mike Tyson and it showed us that nite at the club. There is nothing Mike would not give you if you was in his circle and partying with him Mike Tyson the peoples champ 🥊
That time you spent with him having fun living in the moment in my opinion is way more valuable than any picture could be. Amazing and sad at the same time cause life goes by so quick before you know it we're gone.
Just made me cry 😢
Two legends!!
Thank you Jim & Mike
BEAUTIFUL BOND !!!!!! LOVE HAS NO COLOUR !!!!!!
Great piece.
I’ve just shed a tear watching this
It's truly beautiful and powerful.
As crazy as he was at times there has always been a raw brutal honesty from Mike Tyson
ICONIC. Gray needs to be on the podcast!!!!
I remember being 10 years old sitting at my grandparents house for the tuson/Holyfield fight with my dad and grandpa. I fell asleep and woke up to them yelling that he bit Holyfields ear!! 😅😅
What a beautiful relationship
Humbleness 💎
