Like how you would use the Requiem arrow to symbolize your greatest want or goal through your stand by the time you are stabbed, you need the seven dragon balls to grant your wish. So to try and Put it in Jojo terms Joey summoned Shenron with one dragon ball is like a stand user achieving Requiem without a Reqiuem arrow

The Timer Ball is a favorite of mine. Over time I knew I was going to catch the Pokemon I was battling. It was a last resort if the other balls failed.
When you're catching the tapus, you know who your only friend is:
The timer ball.

The Snag Ball doesn't turn Pokémon into Shadow Pokémon, Team Cipher was doing that in a lab to Pokémon they'd caught or stolen. The game merely forces your moral compass and won't allow you to use a Snag Ball on anything other than a Shadow Pokémon when you encounter one.

The snag ball doesn't turn pokemon into shadow pokemon, it just captures shadow pokemon from other trainers. The bad guys are the ones who turned them into shadow pokemon. The snag balls capture trainer's pokemon but in the first game, your partner makes sure you don't steal a normal pokemon and in the sequel you have a visor that does the same thing.

You forgot: The Mewtwo ball maxes out their Ev's (Well... makes a 'stronger' copy. But Maxed Ev's are my Headcannon). Also bypasses breeding for ev's, so there's that too.
Not to mention they can even catch the trainer's pokemon if they're already inside another pokeball, which is kinda bizarre

How does it max out their evs when every Pokémon that fought was even with their clones, had the same injuries and was equally exhausted. If the Pokémon were maxed out on their evs they’d destroy the original Pokémon rather than really close right That would happen if they were exact copies

The Mewtwo ball didn't clone Pokemon at all! It just captures them. The balls flew to that machine in the lab which is what cloned the Pokemon.

Level ball is great too specilly if you already have a maxed lvl Pokemon.. It becomes X8 when your pkmn lvl is 4times higher than the wild pkmn, than X4 when above 2 and lower than 4 times higher than the wild pkmn. Than 2 times if just a lvl higer.. The downside is it becomes just like a regular pokeballs when you lvl is equal to the wild pkmn..

How about a ghost type? Decidueye is a starter (so you get it early), it’s a ghost type (so it is immune to takedown and double edge), and it can even learn false swipe (so it can take it down to 1 HP).

When I was a kid I used to think that like Heavy ball's feature, Quick ball is used to catch "fast" pokemons easily because most of the trainers had fast mons in it in the anime 💀

I spent hours and many soft resets to try and catch Kyrem many years ago. After the next 3 hours, I finally caught him with a dusk ball and nicknamed him Dad

Well, not entirely. There’s a major flaw in this video that needs mentioning. The snag ball does not do anything close to turning the Pokèmon into a shadow Pokèmon. It merely captures other trainer’s Pokèmon. In the game, you have a moral compass and are only allowed to capture shadow Pokèmon with the snag balls, but the shadow Pokèmon are made that way by the criminal syndicate Cipher. The Snag Machine itself has nothing to do with shadow Pokèmon.
And also Mewtwo's pokeballs don't clone the Pokémon they just catch them and the machine clones them

With the mewtwo ball, you forgot to mention that it can even take a Pokemon, even if it's in it's pokeball. So, not even being sent back is the Pokemon safe from that ball

The timer ball is also good for legendary Pokemon because the catch rate increases over time.
i think the timer balls is one of the better ones as well for the fact its always gonna be a while to catch a legendary pokemon or pokemon in general

Snag balls aren’t exactly that strong, they’re essentially just regular Pokéballs but are able to steal Pokémon.
And on top of that, they don't MAKE the pokemon caught into shadow pokemon. The only feature the machine adds to the ball is the ability to catch a trainer's mon. So, yes, technically you could say a snag ball is the best ball, because you can use it to upgrade any other ball. But a snag ball isn't even it's own ball. I don't believe it should count as a separate ball, really.

But the Reason, Dobbs thinks, that it's this way, originates from the Fact, that the Player, with the moral-nanny behind him, is only allowed to catch the Corrupted Pokemon, enabling the Player/character, to resocialize wioth it, in order to restore it to a healed state.
@@SoHBetaSword you are probably correct. You can only catch shadow Pokemon in the first game, and there's really no point in trying to catch regular mons since you get plenty of shadows in the second. So I can see someone making that mistake.
I thought I knew the music for number 7 from somewhere, I check your description, and it’s one of the greatest Undertale songs.
I've already got a half sleeve tattoo of Clone Charizard with the Clone/Mewtwo Balls, perhaps I should round it out with another tattoo of Dark Tyranitar with the Dark Ball. Those were by far my favorite Pokemon in the old movies when I was a kid. I especially remember that Dark Tyranitar scared the crap out of me. Shadow Lugia is cool too, but it doesn't have a special specific ball to go with it.

The quick ball has been my favourite the last few games, but then it gets insanely good in Scarlet/Violet since now when you "run" from battle, the pokemon will still be visible right in front of you in the overworld, so it's rare or shiny or hard to catch (or just one you really want) you can "Run" if a quick ball fails and just keep trying.
