For the dash crack repair it helps to also drill the end point of the crack, prevent it from cracking further
i just got a 1996 tahoe with 62k mileage for just under $2000 here in the Philippines. Great truck

Sadly those problems happen with older vehicles in general, not just 90s
that crack that happened is very common, its a weak stress point, i bought a dash with a small crack in the same spot, JB weld is holding up a year later

I just built an OBS suburban for a daily/overland rig. They are great and I built the whole rig for under 5k. Lucked into a 99 z71 conversion with a blown motor I was able to just tow off for someone. If you are going to be doing these dashes I highly recommend a Hot stapler to repair those cracks
I have a 96 2door emerald green tahoe that is my baby LS swapped with a big cam, lowered and 07 yukon seats. I love these trucks I'd have 10 If I could

Get some Cunningham machine door bushings and pins.
Bad pins and bushings cause the doors to sag and cause the handles to break
You need to pickup a hot staple gun. Its the strongest fix for plastic repair and you can pick them up cheap!

I took a dash out of a 95 big bronco and after the 10,000 bolt, it came out lol
Where did you find a wire harness?
Fiberglass the back side of those cracks.
If you still have that dash cover ill buy it off you please?
